He will wake up as he hears you crying. Then he would wake you up slightly and go to make you some hot chocolate as he listens to you speaking about the nightmare.

Diego:
He will be sleeping next to you and as he senses you're scared, he would roll around to you and hold you close to his chest and whisper to you "shh, it's going to be okay" and you would hold him and breathe out

Allison:
She would wake you up immediately and hug you as you cry in her arms. "My mom....she died" you would stutter and Allison will listen to you as you lay in her arms.

Klaus:
Klaus wouldn't wake you up, but he would hold you close to him and whisper gently. Because he knows that the only demons that we fear the most, should be fought by us only.

Five:
Five will wake you up, but you wouldn't talk about it and that wouldn't bother him first because he knows you need time. He would hold you and play with your hair.

Ben:
He would stay silent as you explain the nightmare. He would make you drink something warm, wrap you with a warm blanket and hold you.

Vanya:
She will get emotional with you and hug you as you both cry about this terrible nightmare that could be reality. She would play with your hair and whisper gently your favorite song.
