Levi was fighting with Kenny while dodging the bullets. It was hard for him to be careful about himself and Eren and his squad in the same time. He was trying to bring himself to Eren as soon as possible, but Kenny was just warmed up and wanted to prevent him. Levi just saw Historia opening Eren's chains in a moment. He called his squad: everyone support them to come to us healthy. Don't let those bastards hurt them!
The squad obeyed the order and went to protect Eren and Historia. Levi tried to go too, but Kenny was still disturbing him. He kept the fight on to amuse Kenny and make time for his squad, and he could. The squad went out with Eren and Historia. Now just Levi was there, alone...
Kenny said: they left you alone for me! A great gift!
"Tch" Levi tried to escape. The church was falling down. Kenny was getting disappointed of going after Levi and killing him. He thought to shoot his last bullet, whatever happens, he'll leave the church.
He aimed Levi's back by his weapon, then... shot!...
