Evening fam! (Yes, that it now your official name)
So, in the exciting life of me, I went to the hairdresser today. Despite this being incredible, since my parents are some of the stingiest people and mum prefers to cut my own hair than spend money, that's not the focus of my story.
On the way, mum was going on about how incredible she was and how experienced she was, not only in hairdressing. Apparently she was really smart in general and had heaps of life lessons to go off. Taking this into consideration, I imagined a lady about 50, which seemed logical to me. Right?
Right.
Anyway, we got there, and she was reasonably old, but younger than I thought she would be. She was super nice, despite the fact that she wouldn't let me eat my McDonald's while getting my hair cut, but then we were talking and she started going on about how, "Well, that's why the sun rotates around the earth."
I went completely silent.
I honestly didn't have the heart to tell her otherwise.
For a straight 10 minutes, she chatted to me about the earth and sun and never once corrected herself.
Yeah.
I could tell she was really experienced.
