This is a sad one.
America has recovered since the tragedy, but still has yet to fully move on. He still wishes he could have saved more people. He curls up in his room and cries all day and watches movies and eats crap all day. Canada always finds a way to sneak into America's room and comfort him.
The nations never have meetings on September 11. Out of respect for America, his grief and the victims.
