All of England's 'children' and family members have some sort of magic. I listed them off.
America- super strength (all of his states have powers too, all for the same reason as him except for Hawaii and Alaska)
Canada- unknowingly turns invisible, no one knows he can do this. Not even him. He's not forgotten he just turns fucking invisible.
Sealand- made of steel
Australia- some semblance of control over animals, or at least he can speak to them. Even Emus, but normally they just curse each other out and flip each other off.
New Zealand- endurance (he raised Australia). but in all seriousness, the jungle vines obey his every command.
Scotland- bagpipe ghost music. Scares the hell out of England.
Ireland- fae magic (fairy magic) to a limited degree.
