Chapter 10

Lena's Point of View
We were surround by many people with guns, out of my peripheral vision I see Corey grabbing Christopher hand and began to turn invisible, the both of them. Ondina was moving her hands behind her back while me and Liam flashed our eyes while Mason was just staring. Ondina did a spell that made the hunters flew back and Corey shut off the lights. All of us split up and ran out of there, I went to the back door still holding Zabdiel's hand. Before we ran down the stairs, I block the door with a rolling box that was filled with wires and cables boxes. I looked at Zabdiel and he was freaking out about this situation.

"What the hell is going on? Why am I being hunted for?" He ask me, with his freaking out tantrums.

"How I'm suppose to know that? I have no idea who you are and what are you? I'm trying to save your life and especially mine." I said while giving little sass back to him.

I could hear the footsteps coming towards to the door. I grab his arm and pull him to my side to go down the stairs. Once reach the bottom level, we ran to the door that lead to the tunnels, I tried opening the door but it was jammed.

"No No No No, the door won't budge open." I said while pulling the handle and I see Zabdiel just standing there, watching me.

"Don't just stand there, help me open the door." I said to him and he finally help me to open this door.

"On the count of 3, pull harder." He said and I nodded. He counted and with all the strength we had, it still didn't budge. I look up and saw the door was breaking. I tried to look around for another escape but there wasn't any. Now, I decided to use my werewolf strength.

"You should get back, I'm going to do something that you probably will freak out." I spoke and he look at me confused. Then, I flashed my red eyes at him, he look scare and was walking back. I look up to see the door about to open any second. I wrapped my fingers around the door handle and pull with all my strength, I kind of scream in pain. Finally the door open and I stepped back and lost my balance, I was about to fall on my butt, strong arms wrap around my waist. My eyes were still red and I looked into his eyes for a second until I see his brown eyes turn into orange. I look at him confused, we were back to reality when the first door was broke off. I grab his arm and ran into the tunnel. We ran straight and made a left to climb up the ladder that was there.

"You should climb up first." I said to him, he look hesitant at first but I nodded my head. He began climbing up while I was looking at the tunnel Incase if the hunters came. I look up and saw Zabdiel was out and I began climbing. As I was climbing up, I hear footsteps coming into my direction. I tried to climb fast, but whenever I hold on to the steps, they came closer by the second. I was almost there until I felt sting sensation in my calf, and scream in pain. I almost lost my balance and let go of the rail but a hand caught me and pulled me up. Zabdiel was holding me, let go of me for a second to put the lid back on the tunnel exit and putting a metal office drawers on top of it. He definitely not human, with that strength he has was impossible to be human unless he taking steroids. We look at each other, I began walking to him but lost balance and he went up to me and to keep me steady. I look down of my calf and see it was drench of blood. It was hurting like hell, Zabdiel notice my cut and his eyes went wide.

"I think we should take you to the hospital." He said to me before looking around.

"No, I could feel it healing, I'm fine... let just get out here before we are dead." I said and began walking but was pulled back.

"You shouldn't put a lot pressure on it, here, get on." He said while lower himself down, I look at him confused, he look back at me and raise his eyebrows. I sighed and got on his back, wrapping my arms around his neck while wrapped my legs around his torso. He got up and wrapped myself tighter, he began walking.

"So. Do you know where we meeting the others?"

"Back at the hotel. They probably left already. We taking my car, it's park in the first parking lot." I said to him and nodded his head, we began walking to my car. We reach to my car and I jump down from him and went to the driver seat and him entering my passenger seat. We lock the doors and put the keys in. I drove off to the highway, as I'm driving it was silent, I could smell his fear and confusion of him. I want to ask him something but I felt like I shouldn't intrude.

"What are you?" He ask me while looking at me, I sighed and decided to respond him.

"I feel like you wouldn't believe me, you probably think I'm crazy or a freak." I said to him but took a glance at him.

"I want to know, I won't judge you." He said with a soft tone in his voice.

"Well, I'm human but not a normal human being, I have these abilities that no one has. Like super hearing, super healing, super strength, super speed, growing red eyes, claws, and fangs. You could say I'm half human and half animal..." I was explaining to him but he cut me off.

"Werewolf" He said with realization expression on his face. I nodded my head to him, I could feel his staring on me.

"That cool, I guess." He said to me

"It can be cool but it could be dangerous as well." I reply back to him

"I guess you are right... I wish I know what that old guy meant "rare supernatural beings" to us? Do you know what he was talking about?" He ask me and I shook my head saying no.

"I'm sorry, I know what you thinking and feeling right now. I've been there, it's scary at first but you get use to it when time passes. Besides you won't be alone, you have four boys by your side." I said to him to feel little better.

"Yea...." He said but looking out of the window. We made it back to the hotel and we got out of the car, I was entering the hotel until I see vehicle familiar. I led Zabdiel upstairs to my room or the boys room. We got into the elevator and he was still holding me to make sure I don't lose my balance. His touch makes me feel warm and feel something. We look up at each other and smile at each other.

"Thank you, for holding me." I said to him

"I should be thanking you for watching out for me, making sure I'm safe." He said to me and I smile at him. The elevator door was open and we walk out. I hear voices coming from Liam's room, many heartbeats. We knock at the door and hear footsteps coming closer to the door. Mason open the door with a sighed of
Relief.

"Oh my goodness, thank god you okay." He said to me reaching for a hug. I return it back and walk into the room with Zabdiel help.
Ondina ran up to me and hug me. Liam notice my blood stain on my jeans, "you hurt?" He ask me and I nodded, "Yea I'm healing alright. I look forward to see the boys there and my pack? But there's one person were there that I didn't know they were here,

"Lena..."
