I traded in all my nerdy clothes for better ones at this place in the town that takes all your used clothing and depending on how many outfits you donate the amount you get to trade in for. I basically did that with my whole closet. I knew Nick hated heavy makeup so I put on some lipgloss and a tiny bit of concealer. Then I am ready to go. Got my school bag and I am ready to head off.
Darian drives since I am taking another (yes another) driving test on Wednesday. When he parks we all get out. I tell them that I now have a boyfriend. They ask who and I told them to follow me.
I find Nick at the outdoor seating area. He sees me and comes up to me. He wraps his arms around my waist and I wrap my hands around his neck. Darian and Krista look at each other than at us in shock.
"You are dating him??" Krista clarifies. I laugh. "yeah... You know I had a crush on him" I remind her. He kisses my cheek and I smile.
"Aren't you dating Rebecca Williams?" Darian asks confused.
"Not anymore. I ditched the whore for your sweet innocent sister" he smiled. Darian's eyes bugged out of his head. I guess the way Nick worded that was a red flag to Darian.
"Hey, dude do not be trying to take advantage of my little sister alright? Otherwise, you and I will have a serious talk that may or may not involve you getting a fist to the face" Darian told him with dagger eyes.
"Darian, please" I started, he gave Nick the "I am watching you" hand motion and walked off with Krista. Still having hold of my waist he spun me around and gave me a sweet kiss on the lips. "How is my sweet sweet sugar lips girl?" his compliments get even better. "I am fine now that I am here with you" I flirt as he gave me another sweet kiss. A longer one. I always feel like when we do kiss time freezes. I hear nothing but our own heartbeats, and nothing else matters at that moment but for me and him.
I get a very rude awakening when I hear the bell ring for class. I part lips from him and look to see everyone running to their classes. I walk to my History class with him. He has Lecture Hall first period which is right down the hall from my History class. I kiss him goodbye as I walk into my History class with one of my favorite teachers.

After a very boring class, I jolt awake when I realize I slept through the entire Abraham movie he made us watch. It was time for my Arts class. Sadly I did not see Nick in the halls but at least after this, we have a 15-minute brunch. In class, we have a free day since this class is the most ahead out of all of her classes. I am really good at sketching so I, in less then half an hour sketched a picture of Nick and I. It was by far one of my best self-portraits of anyone I could ever pull off. Looked like a real artist sketched it.

I watch in anger as I see my ex-boyfriend so happy with that Nadine bitch.
I can not believe I allowed him to run off after her.
But I will get revenge.
I storm off and think of some way to break them apart.
I need Nick back.
At all costs.
Nick (P.O.V)
Nadine's head is resting on my shoulder and my head is on hers as we listen to our friends talk about some shit I can not hear clearly because of how lost I am in my reality check.
I am here with Nadine Franklin.
As her boyfriend.
Because I dumped Rebecca.
And I confessed to liking her back.
I have never doubted myself more than once, but to think-- I am with the school geek who is rumored no one likes. Because we shared the same science teacher and we paired up for one project.
I will never regret meeting her.
That is a promise.
"YO. LOVE FREAKS. YOU PAYING ATTENTION TO US?" I heard Erin say as he whistled and snapped in my face. Nadine and I both zoned back into reality. 'uh... w-what?" Nadine is just as lost as I am. Erin looks pissed but then laughs. The rest of the crew laughs. "You guys are so impossible to keep on board. But we find it cute that you both love each other so much" Alyssia speaks for the whole crew. I kiss Nadine's head and hey all make ridiculous "aw's" I hear Nadine yawn. She sounds like a tired puppy. Everything she does simulates a tiny fragile innocent baby animal which is one thing out of many that make her irresistible. The bell rings at the worst time ever.
I take Nadine's chin gently and made her look at me. "Hey, we need to stay awake for two more classes and then we can sleep at my place. Okay?" I tell her, her tired eyes tell me she stayed up for most of the night. She nodded and prepared to stand up but wobbled. I steadied her and we walked to Science together, hand in hand.
After another day in hell, we walked to my place to do a little homework since, bless every single god that exists we did not get as much as we had yesterday. We did that and then when Nadine tried to walk up the stairs she was so tired that she fell down. Thankfully I caught her. I was carrying her bridal style up to my room so we can finally get some sleep. I tucked her under the covers and got in as well. I snaked my arm around her waist and pulled her close. Her long beautiful hair trailed behind her on my bed. Her head was snuggled in my chest. I gave her a very delicate soft kiss on her lips as she was still sleeping. "I love you" I whispered before I fell into the mercy of my dreams.
