1. What is your favorite genre while writing books?

My favourite genre to write books in would be teen fiction, mainly because I am a teenager and I feel like I can make characters with story lines that teenage readers can relate to. However, I also like writing about murder mysteries and I'm quite fond of the romance genre. It's nice to write about cute and romantic moments that you secretly wish would happen but are very unlikely to. I guess the characters in my stories are more like alter egos then. Hm.

2. Would you say your chapters are long or short?

I would say that my chapters are pretty long - I type them in Microsoft Word first and aim to get them to be at least 4 pages in font size 11. I understand that when it gets converted into wattpad it looks like slightly less, but I prefer writing smaller chapters so that I don't get bored when typing, as I tend to get distracted way too easily, and also so that the reader doesn't loose interest in the story.

3. Do you update your books often?

I try to update weekly and if not weekly then every two weeks. Right now, I have two ongoing books and if I'm honest it's a bit of a pain in the backside because I'm constantly aware of the fact one of them is getting neglected. For a while there, I was just concentrating on my murder mystery story because writing a romantic plot takes a lot of energy whereas for me a mystery comes natural. That being said, I got a bit of inspiration/threat from a friend and so I updated the romance one. It's hard updating when I have such a busy schedule between work and a-levels but so far I think I'm doing okay!! (I hope).

4. What is your favorite type of music?

OOOOOOO this is so hard - this is like forcing a mother to pick her favourite child! I don't think I can pick just one type of music because I have such a varied taste! One of my favourite artists though would be Ed Sheeran and I'm actually so excited because I'm going to see him live on the 8th of October (two days away omg) in Belfast! I also love Paramore, Ariana Grande and 5SOS so yeah I have a pretty varied taste.

5. If you could meet anybody from any book you ever read, who would that person be, and what are they like?

I would definitely want to meet Riley from "The Badboy Stole My Bra" simply because she was so witty and I instantly felt like if she was a real person, I would want to be her friend. She's totally rad and I'm totally jealous because Alec (the badboy) was so perfect for her

6. What would you say is your everyday style?

Everyday style? Can rolling out of bed and doing the minimum to be presentable be classified as a style? Since I go to school five days a week and am fortunate enough to go to one where a uniform is compulsory, it definitely saves me from any stress in that area. I tend to just wear jeans, converse and tops with hoodies for everyday after school/weekend wear mainly because its comfortable and I'm not overly fashion concious. However, I am quite fond of make up and dressing up in cute lil dresses and heels whenever I have the opportunity. I like to feel like a princess every once in a while, ya feel me? Mainly though, its the bare minimum unless I'm trying to impress someone - which isn't often. I actually wish I had a style. Aw, I'm sad now - Somebody needs to give me make-over.

7. How did you find Wattpad in the first place?

I actually can't remember how I found wattpad but I know I only started really reading stuff on it during the summer of 2013 after a friend suggested some stories to me. I had an account before that, but I was pretty inactive. I only then got enough courage to actually attempt to post any of my work during the summer of 2014 and so far I've enjoyed the experience!

8. Do you do anything else on wattpad other than writing? Like covers and banners?

Unfortunately, IT and designing covers/banners isn't really a strong point. I'm creative and I have an eye for colour, but I can't actually get my ideas onto the screen due to lack of software and that I also haven't got a single clue how I would even attempt to try it. Its something I'd be interested in learning though!

9. Have you ever took time and became a co-writer?

I haven't ever looked for a co-writer because I never really saw the point, but recently I've become interested in maybe co-writing something with someone but due to my schedule right now, I doubt it would work :(

10. If you didn't feel like answering all these questions just to get an interview, would you have told me?

I'm not the sort of person to beat around the bush, if there was something I really didn't want to answer or just couldn't be bothered to do, I'd tell you - I think that's the answer needed for this question anyway but yeah I'm pretty straight forward and I hate the idea of being insincere.
