summer ends

it was just one of those afternoons, where i daydream, n imagine fantasies that will never happen. the smell of honey fills both my functioning lungs, the air smelt like candy, wild roses can be seen in the ground, i lay there watching the sunset, crimson n pink.

at night i lay in my bed, trying to sleep, but mother moon still wants to talk to her moon child, the stars were like diamonds n crystals, shining ever so brightly.

in the mornings, i wake up, i take a deep breath air filling up my lungs, morning coffee, the bitter taste reaches my tounge down to my throat, the sun rises greeting me 'good morning' n i greet back.

summer ends, it was no longer in my fingers, it never smelt like honey, flowers stopped growing, my heart stopped beating,

summer was no longer there.
