The blast hits the force field but deflects or redirects back at them. It hits them sending them flying. I grab my energy staff back up.
(I just realized you don't know what the energy staff looks like.
It can wield crystals, like the other staff, also being able to extend in and out. When it extends out it grows longer, but when it retracts in it can be like a braclet, or size of a small rod. It can be almost any size

I placed a Energy crystal on top of the staff and walked over to the avengers. "What were you thinking!?" Tony said angrily. "What?! I just saved your butts and you give me crap!? I sit around while you all fail, you say you win but they just come right back!" I walk away. "Scarlet?!" I hear caps voice. "No just leave me alone!" I say mad. I grab a Levitation crystal and the crystal shines and I propel in the air.
Later... The avengers didn't arrive and I got skeptical. I grabbed a crystal, almost pure purple but had a white sprial on it. Next thing I know I'm back on the cabal ship. "Oh great" I say sarcastically getting surrounded by aim agents, I grab my staff and it extends. The aim agents point energy weapons at me and I smirk knowing I can win. I point the staff in the air and yell. "FREEZE!" A icey explosion erupts like a blizzard but only for a second and they all slip and fall, going unconscious.
