It was the strangest thing. One minute we were all laughing, dancing, drinking, having a good time, and then the next—a scream, so violent, so heartbreaking was let out of a girl’s mouth, and chaos ensued.
Jack Donnovan’s Party
October 31, 2015.
What else can you expect from a frat house on the FSU campus except for beer, hard alcohol, scantily clad women, and drunk frat boys trying to impress the sorority girls? Ginevra Halliwell and Kimberly Halliwell wouldn’t even be there if Kim’s younger brother, Liam, hadn’t of invited them to the Halloween Party “of the century”.
Some of their old friends from high school were there too—the one’s too afraid of leaving lil ol Tally. Annabelle Cullen was there with Ginny’s older brother, Parker, who had just come home with Kim’s older brother, Ryan, from fighting over in Iraq. AB was wrapped around Parker just like she had been six years ago as a high school freshman obsessed with one of the hottest seniors.
Even sweet, virginal Alice Mackenzie, the most Christian girl you could ever meet, was at the wild college party. And get this—she was dressed as a slutty angel. Damn, if there was ever an ironic sight to see, it was now. She was laughing and twirling her brown hair along her finger, smiling at something Jackson Cullen said.
Nate Price and Piper Hale were there too—both too engrossed in each other and oblivious to everything as they danced and stole kisses.
Liam was off with Cordellia Kennedy, a girl he had liked since he was junior, and had finally gotten enough guts to ask her out sometime in his senior year of high school, and had now been dating her for a few months.
Ginny’s little sister Lily was even there, with Liam’s best friend, Noah.
Ginny and Kim had entered the party with Ryan and Piper’s brother, Bentley, around eight. Everything was good—great even.
Beer pong, pool, music, lights. The atmosphere was euphoric—well... as euphoric as a frat party can be. Everyone was dressed as slutty nurses and sexy cops.
Even with the drunk frats hitting on them, the two college seniors and Marines were having a good time.
That is until around eleven ‘o clock when all hell broke loose.
Everyone was crowded in the main living room of the frat house, everyone dancing as spirits rose due to alcohol.
No one noticed when a few people walked in, obviously not slutty nurses or sexy cops.
“Dude, awesome costume!” A girl with caramel hair and red lips screamed over the music to a guy who had fake blood on his face, and was walking slowly.
The guy just growled, and the girl giggled. He reached for her, and she yanked her arm back.
“Dude, let go.” She was angry now, and being drunk and angry was not a good combination.
He didn’t listen, just reached for her again and held on tighter, growling more.
“Fucking let go of me, asshole!” She yelled, still trying to get out of his grip.
He leaned into her neck, and bit down into her flesh. The scream she let out was loud, frightening, and guttural.
It was a scream of someone terrified, and it immediately drew the attention of everyone in the party.
