So if you don't know what outsiders is its a team of meta humans manly lead by nightwing in the DC universe.

How he joined: Dick told Geo force, Halo, and Foyager they wouldn't be doing this again after they went into enemies territory and stole spear to get there. They told him and Megan that they don't belong in the young justice. He told them that they would make the team work out and like that he was leading another team.
Powers: everyone in the outsiders have meta powers. Dick WAS in Central city when the particle Excelerator exploded 2 years before Bruce got him. He also passed out and people thought he died but he woke up a month later. So powers: unknown right now. (For the purpose of the role-play)
