EXT. REDBERRY MARSHES, NUBREA DAY
[Tapeion and Alexxia rushes toward Basting via Turk, Tapeion notices a flash of light in the distance and immediately halts, Alexxia stops with attitude and questioned Tapeion.
ALEXXIA
(agitated)
What's wrong why are we stopping?
TAPEION
He's here!
ALEXXIA
(confused)
He! Who is he?
TAPEION
(with authority)
Go, Go to Basting meet with Shadow have him meet me in Aslan.
[Tapeion rushes off toward the direction of the flashing light with haste.]
TAPEION
(with courage)
I pray to the Divine I reach him before the Beastmen,
Cannot afford to lose this!

EXT. THE REPUBLIC OF BASTING DAY
This scene begins at the merchant's row in Basting city, a new brave adventurer sets this scene as a spunky little thief whose ways are like no other. Drecco the best thief in Nubrea seems to be on his down side because someone stole his lucky gloves, now swiping people has been a bit difficult for him, that is until he bumps into Mazor and Pavio. These two guys are affiliates of Shadow and are the minds behind the theft of the great master thief's gloves.Mazor and Pavio hides behind a stack of hay awaiting the perfect time to get close enough to confront Drecco.
MAZOR
(take hold to Pavio)
Hold on give it a few seconds!
PAVIO
(anxiously)
Why don't we do it now he's right there?
MAZOR
Just wait a second, this guyâ s fast if we go out to soon
we're going to lose our chance
PAVIO
(breaks loose of Mazor)
But if we wait too long we're going to miss our opportunity.
MAZOR
(patient)
Just a little bit closerman!
PAVIO
(argue)
Why so he can snatch it away from us!
MAZOR
(calm)
He's not going to snatch it.
PAVIO
You're the boss, but whatever boss I'm leaving.
MAZOR
Pav! Pav! No wait!
[Pavio leaves the hay and rushes to confront Drecco.]
PAVIO
(nervous)
Hey Drecco
DRECCO
(depressed)
! And you are?
PAVIO
(scary confidence)
Don't act like you don't know who I am.
DRECCO
(Stands up straight)

MAZOR
(Apologetic)
Pardon my friend.
DRECCO
Who are you guys and why have you stopped me?
MAZOR
I am Mazor and this is my friend Pavio
DRECCO
What do you want?
PAVIO
(pulls out Master Gloves)
Looking for these?
[As soon as Pavio pulled out the gloves Drecco quickly snatch them away]
DRECCO
(putting on his gloves)

[Drecco turns around and prepares himself to dash off]
MAZOR
Wait don't leave.
[Drecco looks at Mazor]
MAZOR
(hands Drecco a note)
Shadow needs you he said you owed him one.
DRECCO
(looks at note)
