You and Lisa decided to hang out for a little while to get a better understanding of each other. Cracking humourous jokes, talking about interests, hobbies, and discussing topics and opinions and such. The two of you ambulated leisurely down the sidewalk with the warm glistening sun shining its glowing rays down upon the both of you. Currently, you and Lisa were walking around Downtown Springfield, happily chatting to one another and getting to know each other much more as time passed by. Surprisingly, she had a lot of similar interests that you had. Whenever you made new friends or dated someone, they just never met up to your standards.  You weren't one to judge and didn't have that high expectations in relationships, but it got irritating whenever you dated or befriended someone and they only wanted to talk about hopscotch, Malibu Stacy Dolls or Radioactive Man comic books when you wanted to converse about more in-depth things. Not that you didn't enjoy dolls and comic books and those things, it's just that relationships are mostly built on communication yet whenever you established a relationship with someone, they only wanted to gush about playtime. It was a nice change to finally communicate with a fellow intellect, and you had a suspicion that the two of you were going to be very good friends.

And though you were having a good time talking to Lisa, you were getting a bit bored and tired of just walking. It was getting tedious- you wanted to visit somewhere with your newly found friend. After all, you haven't explored all of Springfield just yet, and Lisa stated how she lived in Springfield, Oregon her entire life so she must've known some pretty great and enjoyable places you haven't visited yet.

"So, where should we head to?" you questioned as you looked at Lisa. She turned to look at you, the sun fell into her crystal blue eyes and made it as though her eyes were sparkling diamonds.

"How about Springfield Park? Have you been there?" she suggested, curiously.

"Not yet I haven't," you responded. That was actually a place you were planning to visit, but you got caught up with the whole conveying door-to-door situation.

"Oh, it's absolutely wonderful there!" she gushed, clasping her hands together. "Nature is simply beautiful, and they have the best play structure! There's also a pathway that leads to the river, and they usually have a hot dog and ice cream stands set up!"

"Want to go there?"

The description she gave of the park made you ecstatic. It sounded fun being there. Grinning widely at her, you chirped, "Sounds good!"

Lisa lead you to Springfield Park, gleefully singing loudly to songs you both knew and having mini skipping races all the way there. Once the two of you arrived, you immediately noticed that there was a playground at the front entrance of the park. You and Lisa slowly looked at each other, mirroring the same grin tugging at the corners of your lips, then ran straight at the play structure. The two of you laughed in exuberance as you ran into the park, the wind flowing freely through your locks and whipping wisps of your hair against your face.

"Let the games begin!" you declared as you stood on the very top of the play structure with amazing balance, throwing your extended arms into the air and a twinkle of mischief dancing in your eyes.

Lisa chortled at your confidence, looking up at your towering figure that cast a shadow over her body. "Careful up there, (Y/n)!"

You only chuckled at her nervousness. Then suddenly, your laughs came to an abrupt stop once you felt wobbly as you struggled to regain balance on top of the play structure. Your arms flailed side to side in futile attempt to regain equilibrium, and a panicked expression etched into your visage.
