14 - Courting

Dahyun's POV

I just woke up, I went to the bathroom and got ready for work. As I was fixing my stuffs for work I heard Chaeyoung screaming, I went to look on what's going on. Then I saw Chaeyoung but she was looking at something, I looked at her direction which what she was looking at and my eyes widened. I saw Taehyung in our dorm carrying a bouquet of flowers in his hands, smiling at me.

Chaeyoung went to me and hold my arms " Taehyung? what are you doing here? " I asked him. " I just wanna give you this.. " he answered and handed me the bouquet of flowers, I took it and looked at him confused. " What are these for? " I asked him. " those are for you " he answered and I looked at him confused again " why? " I asked again. " well.. isn't obvious? " he said and I still looked at him with a confused face. " what's obvious? " I asked again. " I'm courting you. " he said and my eyes widened, I heard Chaeyoung squealing. I stood there in shock..
am I dreaming? this is not a dream right? oh god help me!
" s-so um.. " he stuttered and took out his hands, I stood there not knowing what to.. suddenly Chaeyoung pushed me to him making me stumble and fall, I thought I was going to hit the floor so I closed my eyes but I didn't felt anything.. I opened my eyes and saw that Taehyung catched me from the fall.. I blushed at how close our faces were.. I quickly got up and apologized to Taehyung and smacked Chaeyoung. " so um.. let me drive you to the building? " he asked while smiling which all girls would die for. " sure! I mean y-yeah— m-maybe, why not???? " I answered, fuck why did I even stutter? he'll think that I'm crazy! he chuckled at my cuteness and took out his hands and I gladly accepted it. Chaeyoung gave me my bag and then me and Taehyung went to his car.. as we were still on the car, on the way to the office, there was a fuc*ing awkward silence between us, It's like nothing happened between us and I hate it. so I decided to break the silence " soooooooo ummmm, how was your day? " I asked " good, you? " he asked " good. " I answered, ok f**k what do I do now??! god help.
" we're here. " he said and I sighed in relief.. I thought I was going to die because of that silence.. I went out of the car then Taehyung grabbed my hand, I froze. " let's go? " he said and I nodded.

we went inside and I can hear many people whispering and smiling and laughing? I looked at them confused.
"don't mind them. " Taehyung said and smiled, I also smiled back. then we continued walking to his office with his hands intertwined with mine..
