Chapter 9

DJ POV

I sat down on the bed messing my hair as I think.

This wasn't what I plan! My plan actually is to tell Kath what I feel deep inside but I keep on pushing her away from me.

Why did I even let Nicole in, in the first place?

Arghhh! I don't know what to do anymore. I closed my eyes from a second till I heard a knock outside my door.

"Who is it!" I groaned.

"It's us, open up." Enrique yelled.

"It's open! Come in." I said staring at the ceiling above me.

I soon felt the bed dip beside me.

"Haven't heard from you in a while. What's wrong?" Khalil said

"Long story." I mumbled.

"We have time!" They both said.

They sat down waiting for me to speak as I told them from the beginning to the end.

"Wow!" Khalil said in surprise.

"Bro, Get rid of nicole. She's not worth of your time! And while you keep on spending time with her , as you said "you keep on pushing Kath away."Enrique complained.

I turned to Enrique. He's right. Why have I been

so blind the whole time!

"What should I do? How do I get rid of her?!" I panicked.

"Relax bro, Simple lang yan. Tawagin mo sya, sabihin mo break up na tayo." Khalil explained.

"It's not that easy!" I complained.

"Huh!" They both turn to look at me like I have two heads.

"Do u know how much she hates Kath! What if she hurts her physically!" I yelled with anger.

"We'll take care of Kath." Enrique promised.

"Okay. I trust you guys." I said as I took out my phone and dialed Nicole's number.

"Hello Nicole"

"Hey babe"

"Put it on speaker " Khalil whispered.

" Listen, I don't think our relationship is going to work as it before."

"What do you mean!"

"Were over" As I ended the call.

"That wasn't so bad" I said sighing in relief.

"We got you,bro" Enrique says as he bro hug me.

"We have to go." Khalil says

I broke up with Nicole now I have to face Kath. What should I do? The boys are out. Should I call Julia and Miles? I could really use there help.

I dialed Julia's number. And thank god she picked up.

"Oh Dj"

"Julia, I need your help"

"what is it, dj"

"you see kath is mad at me and how do i make it up to her? can you help me."

"what happen to nicole"

"i broke up with her. now answer my question"

"ugh finally. okay. i'll come by at your place" as she hung up.

"knock,knock" I heard Julia's giggle.

"It's open!" I yelled. She came in and sat down on the couch beside me.

"Soo, what should I do" I said breaking the silence.

"your her best friend! you should know by now but why don't you try writing her note saying meet me somewhere then ya" Julia replied.

"Oh yeah! I got it! Thank you so much,Juls!" I smiled happily.

"I wish I could stay much longer but I've got to go Miles and I are cruising around the island." Julia frowning.

"It's okay. This is perfect, Kath is staying right?" I questioned as I walk Julia outside the door.

"Yup, I had fun" She said giving me a hug.

"Ahem!" I heard a cough making us turn around to find Kath crossed.

"First Nicole, Now Julia" She whispered.

Before I could speak, she storms off and went inside her hotel room.

"Wrong timing" Julia sighed

"Can you tell her what really happen?"I pleaded.

She smiled "ofcourse."

Julia POV

I opened the door and to find Kath sitting on the couch with her phone.

"Kath, can I talk to you?" I sigh.

"What for?" She growled.

"The thing you saw. It's not what it's seems." I said

"Then what is it." She said with annoyed.

I couldn't tell her about the plan.

"We were talking about the Mall earlier." I lied hoping she'll buy it.

"Really? omg have you check Forever 21 and Pacsun!!" She smiled.

"Yeah and No maybe we could go shopping sometime." I smiled back.

"Sorry. I was just-" She frowned

"I know. Now shh" I laughed
