"So you and Oscar?" My tía cleared her throat as she watched me eat my cereal.
"What about Oscar and I?" I raised my brow and tilted by head a little.
"I don't think its a good idea for you to be hanging out with him." She let out a sigh as she sat at the table and set her hand on mine.
"Mija you are so naive."
"Excuse me?" I furrowed my brows.
"Look don't get mad at me but its the honest truth... you shouldn't be dating Oscar. He's no good for you." She shook her head at me.
"Are you just saying that because your daughter dated him? And you want them together instead?" I looked at her as she looked away.
"Wowww so that is why huh?" I laughed as i stood up from her kitchen table.
"Well i dont think its right that your talking to your cousins man." She crossed her arms.
"Catalina moved on!" I grabbed my backpack.
"Thats not the point." She sighed.
"Well too bad. I'm not leaving him."
