Chapter 5

Toby's p.o.v.

Masky wrapped his arms around me. "Toby, I....." He was cut off when our target went walking by.

I quickly rushed up to the person and pulled out my hatchet. "Say goodbye!" I exclaimed. the person's screams were cut short when I cut her head off.

Masky quickly took the remains and hid them in the bushes. As we made our way home, I glanced at Masky. "Sooooooo, what did you want to tell me?"

Msky looked away. "I...uh.....um...................................." He trailed off. Wanting an answer, I grabbed Masky and pinned him on the ground by sitting on his waist.

"T....Toby! what are you......?!"

"Tell me, Timothy!!!! Tell me what you were going to say!!!!!!!" I yelled at him. masky started to struggle but I held him down. "Timothy, tell me!"

I took off his mask and saw a horrifing sight. He had cuts on his face, some old and some revently new. I heard him make a noise and looked in his eyes. He was crying.

"Toby, please.......get off me." Masky whispered. I did.

"Timothy.....I didn't.....mean to make you cry.......i'm....i'm......."

Masky didn't let me finish. He put on his mask and ran into the house. After a moment's hesitation, i ran after him.

"Timothy, wait!!!!!" Masky just ran up the stairs. Ben was on his way to the kitchen.

"What did you do to Masky?" he asked acussingly.

"I did nothing. Yeah I was trying to make him tell me what he was about to tell me, but......." Sudden anger took over me. "He just needs to get laid by his girlfriend!"

E.J. stopped his playing with Sally for a moment. "What do you mean? Masky doesn't have a girlfriend. As far as I know, he doesn't even like girls that way." he said in his quite voice.

"What do you mean?! He told me that he likes someone, and I told him to just tell the person that he likes the person." I explained.

Ben looked at me with sadness in his eyes. "What Ben?!!!!!" I yelled.

Ben glared at me. "It was you!!!!!!" he yelled in anger. He then got a hold of himself.

"Masky didn't like a girl. He likes you. He was probily trying to tell you that, but you scared him. Now Masky might think that you hate him now. He's liked you for a long time, Toby."

I was stunned. Timothy liked..........me? I stummbled up the stairs and down the hall on the way to my room. As I passed by Masky's room, I heared him crying in there. pained, i walked to my room and slammed the door.

'There is no way i will get caught up in a gay relationship!' However, i couldn't stop the tears that flowed down my face.
