Adrienne turned to her friends. "What is wrong with you guys? I'm over here, trying to make friends with the man who could help us leave, and you just screw me over! Thank you. No, really, thank all of you." She huffed and turned half around before looking back at them. "Caleb; the vase? Jasper; the yelling? Harrison; the insult? Sam; your disappearing act! And Finn, what is with your attitude? Do you know how long I've been trying to get out of here?" Her eyes filled with tears. The men looked at each other, unsure of what to do. They hadn't seen Adri cry since they first realized why they were there.
Finn walked forward. "It was me. I told Caleb to drop the vase. I told Jasper to scare him. I don't trust him, Adri. I don't think you sho—"
"You don't trust anyone!" Adrienne threw her hands in the air. "Finn, you're dead because you don't trust anyone. He's a boy, goodness sake!" She looked at him with an immeasurably pained expression. "He's our ticket out of here. Please don't run him off."
Ashamed, they looked at the floor. Terrance snorted from his corner. "You're all idiots." Adrienne glared at him. "Hey, don't look at me," he raised his hands in surrender. "I agree with you. They obviously haven't learned yet." He shrugged and left.
