In the shower, Daniel reviewed how quickly and smoothly his return had gone. He was glad he had decided to come back to the Manor. Maybe living with them wouldn't be so bad after all. He shut off the water and got dressed, smiling all the while. He rubbed his hair dry with a soft, pure-white towel. Daniel pulled an olive-green wool sweater over his head, thick and warm. Next, a comfortably worn pair of jeans for his legs. A quick comb-through reorganized his dark curls. Satisfied with his appearance, he walked out of the bathroom.A strange feeling gave him pause. A pressure somewhere in the back of his head that disappeared when he tried to pinpoint it exactly. Daniel attributed the feeling to lack of sleep or water and, not entirely convincing himself, continued out the door.
