A Way Out

He looked at us.

Sarada: Do you?!

He looked at the ground.

Sarada: If you don't you're useless to us. We might as well kill you.

Guy: You wouldn't.

I held a kunai up to his chin.

Sarada: You want to test me?

Guy: I'm the only hope of getting your boyfriend out right now.

Sarada: How do you know about him?

Guy: I know a lot of things.

Sarada: How do we get him out?!

Guy:Why would I tell you?!

I stabbed the kunai into his leg. He yelled.

Guy: If he agrees to the terms of the one who put him there! I think thats the only way!

Sarada: You think?

Guy: I heard that some can overpower it. But very few.

Sarada: What do you by terms?

They must want his eye.

Sarada: What do you guys want from him?

Guy: We need him to help everyone.

Sarada: What do you mean?!

Shikadai: Sarada, this whole place is falling apart!

Rocks fell from the ceiling.

Sarada: Where are we?!

Chocho: In a cave of some sort. We followed some of those guys here.

Shikadai: We need to leave...now!

I stood up.

Sarada: Where can we find Mitsuki?

Guy: I don't know. But if you dont find him...he'll find you or that kid.

If they want his eye we need to keep his body safe. He's still at the hospital.

Sarada: Let's go.

Me, Chocho, and Shikadai ran out of the cave.

We're gonna save you,
Boruto.

Sarada: We need to go to the hospital.

Chocho: Are you hurt?

Sarada: No, we need to save Boruto.

Shikadai: From what?

Sarada: I'll explain later.

Boruto's POV

???: They say if your mind dies in here it dies in the real world. So I'll kill you here and rip the eye out of your dead body.

Boruto: I'll just tell you that I plan on escaping this.

I activated my Jõgan.

He smiled.

???: Show me what that eye can do.

I ran at him. I threw a punch at him. He pushed my arm and jabbed me into the gut. I bent over as he kicked out my legs and I flipped over.

I landed hard on my back. He threw a punch. I dodged to the side as the ground shattered behind me. I stood up. This guys dangerous.

He rushed at me. He threw a chain. It wrapped around me and struck the ground. I tried to pull out of it but it the grip was too strong. He pulled out a sword.

???: Don't tell me it's over already!

He swung the sword at my neck. I stepped on the part of the chain that struck the ground. It lowered and I ducked under the blade.

???: I guess you still got some fight in you.

Boruto: I don't plan on getting killed.

I reached and grabbed the chain. I pulled it out of the ground. I jumped away from it. I pulled out a scroll from my bag and opened it. I summoned my own sword. I ran at him. I swung my sword. He blocked it.

I tried to jab my sword into his chest. He deflected my sword with him. My sword fell onto the ground. He tried to stab me. I jumped up.

Boruro: Purple Lightning!

Lightning sparks emerged from my hand. He looked up at me. I stretched my hand out. He moved to the side. I hit the ground. Dust flew up. I looked around. He emerged with his sword pointed at me. I dodged backwards and fell back. I fell next to my sword. He threw his sword at me.

I grabbed my and blocked. His sword fell next to me. Two kunai came out of the dust towards me. I jumped over them. Two more flew through the air. I tried to move but they were too close. One cut my cheek and the other cut my arm.

???: Earth Style: Earth Dragon Bomb!

A dragon head grew from the ground. It shot out mud balls from its mouth. I jumped around. One hit me. I fell back. He jumped up towards me. He threw another punch. I jumped away. I ran back. He swung his leg at my head. I blocked with my forearm.

He jumped off my forearm and flipped around. He reached for my neck and I ducked his grip. I punched with my left arm but he ducked. I swung my right arm at the top of his head but he spun around. He used the momentum to throw his forearm at me. I pushed his forearm down.

He threw a punch and I pushed his arm with my elbow. I punched his stomach. He grabbed my wrist and pushed my arm up. We spun around. He punched my nose. I pushed his arm down. I jabbed but he ducked under and shot his punch from under my arm. He struck my chin. I was a little rattled.

He grabbed my arm and pulled me to my knee. He kneed my chin. I fell back. He jumped off my knee.

???: Earth Style: Stone Pillar Prison!

Pillars appeared around me trapping me. He tried to stab me through it. I jumped over the blade. The pillars were too tall to jump over.

Boruto: Shadow Clone Jutsu!

I spawned a clone. I jumped with the clone and it boosted me up. I made it over. He jumped to me. He tried to kick me. I grabbed his leg and threw him into the ground.

Boruto: Shadow Clone Jutsu!

I made 4 clones. I landed a few feet away from him. I can't afford to get caught in that jutsu. I stood with my clones. The guy slowly stood up. I ran at him. One clone punched the side of his head. Another clone kicked his chest. He fell onto 2 of my clones. They held his arms. I formed a Rasengan. I ran at him.

He swung his legs up and moved his body. I hit my clone and made it disappear. I looked up. He landed on one of my clones and killed it. I turned around. My clone used Purple Lightning and I threw the clone at him.

???: Earth Style: Mud wall!

A wall appeared and my clone smashed into it, turning into smoke. This is gonna be harder than I thought.
