Seon Hye POV

I was sitting on the porch, staring at the bicycle I have used during my university days. The memory of Chanyeol presenting me the key as a gift was vivid in my memory. He used to treat well just like a big brother. But I couldn't take him as a brother, I compel myself not to develop a romantic feeling towards him. I knew it might severe the relationship between me and his family--no--my family. I ended up taking care of his father's business inorder to support his dream of becoming a musician. I remembered how he quarreled with his father to pursue his ambition. I made up my mind to help Chanyeol. I suggested his father that I could help him in his company affairs if was trained properly which he readily accepted. Chanyeol hugged me as soon as he knew his father's decision of leaving Chanyeol to pick his choice of becoming musician.
I was snapped out of my deep thinking when Chanyeol's black SUV horned me to open the gate for him. He came out of the car after parking it in a slick way. He could read my mind as soon as he saw my eyes. No matter how hard I try to conceal what I feel, Chanyeol would identify it. I felt anxious whenever Chanyeol detect my feelings because I couldn't do the same to him. At times I wish he could understand my feeling towards him without me confessing about it. He asked me, "why your face look like you are suffering from constipation?, what's going on your pea sized mind?, are you tired of the company? Do you need any help?" I giggled to lighten my mood and to change the subject, "whoa whoa, stop inquiring me, I m hungry, make something for me to eat. I suggest you to make your special teokkbokki". He ruffled my hair and agreed to cook for me.
He made me wait at the dining table as he didn't want me to mess his dish up.
After having the spicy teokkbokki, I decided to leave to my room. He asked me to stay there for a while till he finish cleaning the vessels. I did as he said. "I am planning for a stroll around the garden do you wanna join", he asked while drying his hands with a clean white kitchen towel hung on the silver handle fixed to the kitchen wall right above the washing sink.
It was quite unusual for him to walk around the garden at 11.00pm. I quietly followed his large footsteps, panting now and then. It was annoying to walk fast in order to keep up with his pace even when he was obviously walking slowly.
He stopped suddenly and turned towards me. I halted and blinked a couple of times. "Mom want to speak to you about your future. If you got time tomorrow, meet her", he firmly said. A mixed feeling of anxiety and curiosity rose up inside my mind.
