COLORLESS EYES 👀.
Try to look at us with colorless eyes
Yet so afraid of potential demise
Because we began on a basis of lies
Yet now I like you and want you by my side
To be the only man that fuels my fire
But so persuaded all of you are liars
Try to look at us with colorless eyes
Trying to be strong but crumbling deep inside
To know that he set us up with evil intent
He knew what we both wanted and still chose to present
Now I am on this rollercoaster of emotions
Feel stupid cause it has me dreaming and hoping
Could this be a lesson or could this be orchestrated fate?
I want to dive in but fearful of mistakes
Struggling with surrender to colorless eyes
We are two different races, that is no surprise
Why is it difficult accepting I like you?
Am I misled or do you truly like me too?
Am I nervous because I know how another once felt?
So am I doubting your efforts in comparison to someone else?
I am afraid, I am weak and losing control
These colorless eyes are affecting my soul
I hope for the best yet I anticipate the demise
Trying to be... accept my truth but struggling loving with colorless eyes
