Laura's POV

I'm getting Ready to go with Ross to his family reunion. His brothers all invited their girlfriends and since he didn't have one, he asked me. Now you can imagine I would be nervous about this right? I mean just in his immediate family there's seven people so imagine that times like ten. Seventy people. And I want his family to like me. I don't want to make them think I'm just some pretty face on a television screen, ya know? Anyways, I grab a light blue hi-lo dress and match it with a belt and some brown flats. I leave my hair natural and don't put on any makeup just because this outfit is so natural and I don't want to mess it all up by putting on makeup. I hear a knock on the door and grab my purse. I go to answer the door to find my mom already there talking to a very casual looking Ross.

"Hey Ross"I say. He looks behind my mom then sees me and smiles and waves.

"Hey Laur. Ready to go?"he asks. I nod my head then walk over to him.

"Bye mom"I say, hugging her and then closing the door. We walk over to his car and get in. We sing at the top of our lungs to the radio the entire way there. It's just something we do for fun, don't ask why. We get out of the car and the first person I say hi to is, of course, Rydel.

Hours later I'm up on the stage(there's a stage at the place they rented out, how cool is that) performing Don't Look Down with Ross for all times sake. The song ends and we walk off the stage. Suddenly one of his little cousins comes up to us.

"Hey, Hadley"he says. Ok, so Hadley's her name. Good to know.

"Hi Ross!I just wanted to tell you your girlfriend was awesome up there"she says. I roll my eyes a little.

"Hadley, she's not my girlfriend, but thanks. I think she is-was too"he says, catching his mistake. I punch his arm.

"Hey, just because I'm awesome doesn't mean you have to go around bragging everywhere"I joke. He laughs and pushes me. Hadley runs back over to who I'm assuming is her mom and I turn to look at Ross.

"So wha'dya wanna do now?"he asks. I shrug. He suddenly grins. "C'mon"he says, grabbing my wrist and running somewhere unknown. I'm yelling at him the entire time because my wrist hurts, but he just ignores me. I don't quite care once we get to the destined place, though. It's a beautiful waterfall that leads into a semi-deep pond with flowers everywhere and a willow tree at the level of the waterfall. I stare in awe and then look at Ross with a smile. "Oh, don't you da-"he starts to say. I push him in anyways. When he comes up, he grabs my foot and pulls me in. I let out a squeal as I fall in the water. When we both come back up, I start splashing him and start laughing when he splashes me as well. I go underwater and pull him under by wrapping my arms and legs around him. Once he was fully submerged in water, I quickly unwrap myself from him and swim up to the surface. I swim as fast as I can to the edge of the pond because I know he is coming for me. I barely placed one foot on the ground before a wet hand grabbed my ankle causing me to fall down.

" Haha beware the tickle monster!" Ross exclaims while jumping on top of me ( this is not meant to sound dirty by the way) to start to tickle me.

"R-Ross s-stop please" I scream while trying to slap his hands away. He easily catches me hands and pins them to the ground. Openly then did I realize our position and it seems as though he did too. I stare into Ross's eyes as he does the same. My eyes flicker down to his lips. His lips looked so tempting, they looked so pink and soft and moist...... Ok now I'm just babbling about how his lips look. Oh god I hope he didn't see me, I quickly look back to his eyes only to find he's looking at my lips. Before I could even register what was happening he was leaning down and coming closer to my lips. I couldn't help it anymore I just had to feel those lips on my lips. I slowly start moving my head upwards, so that I can meet his lips.

"Shut up! Your going to ruin their moment rocky!" A girl voice, that sounds a lot like rydel, all but screams. Ross and I quickly jump apart and look around. My face turns red once I spot Rydel and rocky behind a couple bushes. Rydel gives a sheepish smile. Ross clears his throat.

"Why don't we start heading back" he says, turning towards me. I nod, biting my lip. We go in the direction we came from which just happens to be the opposite way than where Rydel and rocky are. As soon as I can't hear rydel and rocky fighting anymore, Ross grabs my waist and, before I can comprehend what's happening, I'm staring into his chocolate eyes. "Laura," he breathes out. My breathing becomes shallow.

"Ross" I whisper back. It's as if that was all he was waiting for. He cups my cheeks and pulls my lips up to his. My hands tangle themselves into his hair and he moans. I gasp at that. I never thought I would have that effect on someone. The sound of Rydel and Rocky's fighting comes back into hearing range and, all too soon, Ross pulls back with a huge smile on his face. I bite my lip. The fighting stops and I honestly couldn't care less.

"Rydel-"

"Yeah, I forgive you. Let's just leave" Rydel says. And that was my day at the reunion.
