Blair was bored and wanted to do a prank. "Let's see..." Blair said grabbing a potion book. "Swirly... Water Bucket... Ooo. This seems fun!" Blair said tracing her finger along the words and stoping at a wedgie potion. "It looks like I could make three! Now who to give them to..." Blair said while getting the ingredients. "Wait I know who can help me!" Blair said and did a spell in her cauldron. "Hey Patty! I need help with a prank!" Blair said. Patty smiled. "Okay I'm coming over!" Patty said and her image disappeared from inside the cauldron.
A few minutes later Patty appeared at Blair's front door. "Hi Blair! What is the prank?" Patty asked. "I've found a potion that wedgies people I can make three but I'm deciding who to do it on." Blair says mixing in the ingredients. "What do you need me to do?" Patty asks. "Get me underwear from my drawer and those three bottles." Blair says.
Patty did as she was told and they handled three bottles. All there is left to do is throw them on their victims. But there's one thing. Who are the victims?
