It was the first time that I saw him in the development team. He was tall and looked so healthy. But he was shy. He was named Harry.
I heard that Rick picked him from an agency and that he was of a special offer so I didn't take my time to study him.
"Everyone," Rick said as he look at us one by one. "Let us all welcome Harry to our development team. He will be one of the beta testers together with our lovely one, Keila!" Everyone chuckled. Some whistled that I answered only with a shake of the head.
"Shut up, guys." They erupted in laughter more.
"Shush now, everyone." Rick motioned Harry to come forward. He stepped forward and I noticed that he was lightly limping.
"Hi. I am Harry and I am glad that you accepted me here."
Everyone chuckled that seemed to remove Harry's shyness. The team then engages a conversation with him. But I remained standing.
Nonetheless, there was something more than meets the eye as of the moment.
Am I just the only one who saw Harry's eyes turned to green for a moment?
Maybe. Or maybe not.
