01. Contracted Boyfriend

Eunmi's POV

"Come on, Eunmi. You and I know very well that you have the potential of becoming the next top model."

I bit my bottom lip as I looked over at the contract. After hesitating for about 2 minutes, I signed it carefully.

"Alright, welcome to the company," the CEO smiled at me.

I nodded and stood up. "So what can I do now?"

"Oh, no, no. Don't go yet. As a part of the contract, you have a 'fake' boyfriend for half a year at least, to get you some publicity."

"Boyfriend?? You just said a while ago that I could potentially become the next top model!" I said, frustrated.

"Oh, but you need some help to start you off, of course." he smirked. "You're lucky to get a good boyfriend,"

"Hmph. As if any guy is good these days," I mumbled.

"Aw, come on... You will like this guy. Besides, you signed the contract already," he stated, sending me another smirk.

"Y-you...! Aiiish!" I sat down while we both waited.

No matter who my fake boyfriend is, I will surely hate them for life!!!

Jongin's POV

"Ah, again, manager-nim?" all of EXO whined along with me.

"Just how many new models are there these days?" Sehun groaned.

"I don't care. You guys sort it out yourselves and I'll come back for you to meet each other in 2 minutes." He said and left, shutting the practise door room.

"So... We sort it out the old way?" Suho suggested.

We all groaned again and took out our fists.

"Ready?" Suho asked.

"ROCK, PAPER, SCISSORS!" We shouted in unison.

I looked at the results in shock. "W-what?... How?..." I was the only one who had scissors while all the other members had rock.

"Tch... You're so easy to read, Jongin." Kris said as the members all smirked.

"Wh-what?...That... That's not fa-" but before I could protest any longer, manager hyung came in.

"So have you chosen?" he asked.

"Ne. Jongin is chosen." Suho informed him.

"Ahh, Jongin again huh." Manager hyung smirked. "Well, come on, we got to get you to meet her." he said as he forcefully dragged me out.

"Good luck!" the other members teased.

Later that day. KJY Modelling Ent.

I gulped nervously as I slowly opened the door, little by little.

"Yah! Hurry up, would you?" Manager hyung sighed. He walked up to the door and quickly opened it, revealing the CEO whom I've come to see once again and a girl sitting in the corner staring at her manicured nails.

"Ah, so you have come again, Kai." the CEO said and laughed.

Ahhh, seriously, if anyone ever tells me that again, I'm going to pull their hair off.

With the CEO mentioning my name, she turned her head towards me and her eyes met mine. She was pretty, but not the overly pretty type of pretty. It was more like... The type of girl-next-door type of pretty. Like Yoona from SNSD or Suzy from MissA.

"Can I go now?" She complained.

"You guys should get to know each other first." The manager said. 

"Ugh. Fine." She said and walked out of the room without acknowledging me.

I scratched the back of my neck. "Erm... I think I should go now."
