"RYAN YOU CAN'T LEAVE!" Brendon cried, grabbing his boyfriend by his wrist.
"Brendon, I can't do this anymore." Ryan replied, yanking his wrist out of Brendon's grip.
"Why?"
"I don't love you."
"I-"
"Don't even try to get me back. I'm leaving. I'm sorry."
Brendon fell to his knees, realizing what had just happened. He lost his best friend, his boyfriend, his soulmate and he couldn't do anything about it.
"Did I do something wrong?"
"Yes, Brendon! Yes, you did!"
"What did I do?"
"God, Brendon. You don't know, do you?"
"NO I DON'T!"
"I saw, Brendon. That girl..Sarah. The way you looked at her at our last concert. You kept smiling at her like you would do to me. You stopped looking at me."
"What do you mean?"
"You're falling in love with her."
"She's a fan. I can't fall in love with fans."
"I'm sorry, Bren." Ryan walked out the door without looking back.
Brendon couldn't move, he tried to. He wanted to stop Ryan, to kiss him one last time but he was too scared, he chickened- out. Ryan didn't love him and he never would.
Brendon grabbed his pen and paper then started writing song lyrics,
