*beep, beep, beep*  

"Urggghhh fawk, stupid alarm clock" thought Lyric

" L..Ly..Lyri.." the familier voice spoke

"Who's calling me at this time of the morning?!?"

"LYRIC IT'S ALREADY 7:15 IN THE MORNING! YOU'RE GOING TO BE LATE SCHOOL IF YOU DON'T GET OUT OF THAT BED. !"

          Crap! I only have a total of 30 minutes until school starts. I need 15 to get ready, 5 to eat breakfast, and 5 to get to the bus stop. With the remaining 5 I try to get there first so that I can finally get there first and finally have a seat to myself. I can never get a seat to myself because of Garret. Seriously the guy has always been my best friend that's like my brother but the boy can NEVER stop talking about football. It kind of bothers me but when he gets to me then everybody starts to come surround me to talk to me since I'm kind of well known. When I try to get on I like to stay unknown in the back so that they won't find me or I would be caught in a conversation that I really don't want to talk or be involved.

" Hey look it's Lyric! How's it going man? You make me mad sometimes when you answer my messages. Did you get my message about the plan for friday at the mall?" said Garret

" No you idiot." Lyric says while hitting Garret on the head. "You should know that after practice I'm busy with my part time job remember? Also what did I tell you about yelling my name out loud on the bus." 

" I'm Sorry! I'm Sorry! I'm Sorry Captain! I Will NEVER do it again! Promise!" apoligized Garret

"Uhmm. Sure you will. Today. At. Practice. You have to do what's on this list. No mercy. Good Luck." commanded Lyric.

"57 planks (30 sdeconds each), 109 Pushups, 208 lunges (left  & right each) , 142 Jumping Jacks, and run 200 laps running around the field (No cutting or I'll add 10 to each one you cut a corner). Lyric, WHY DO YOU HAVE TO DO THIS TO ME I THOUGHT WE WE'RE BROS!!! Wailed Garret

        Before I could even hear Garret complain I decided to put on my earphones and starts to space out the window. ~Sigh~ All I can feel is Garret cry and glomp onto me to forgive him. To get him to go away I decided to make him feel better by getting him a date with the girl he liked that rides our  bus. I know that he's a wuss to ask a girl like we're still in elementary and think that girls have cooties.  Well I can't blame him to feel this way from that time back way long ago. I know we said we would leave it in the past but we both know we still can't  forget about it.

"Hey Danika would you do me a favor and go on a date with Garret on Saturday?" I yelled from the back of the bus.

"No Lyric why did you do-" Garret tried to say

"Sure I would love to." Danika interupted

"Lyric... I hate you but thanks. I owe you one."

"You're welcome now go to her but you still have to do those warm ups after school."

As Garret walked away wailing to Danika, I continued to go back to staring out the window. "Wow I can't believe we're only halfway there. I expected to be there by now. The bus stoped again. Usually the bus never stops here. Huh? Those uniforms look familier wait- That's Dengeki High. It's the only top rank private school and the only private school that actually isn't so bad. As every kid I watch walks on the bus starts getting louder but in a good way. Everyone is happy and smiling but I intend to be happy later. I just feel like practicing for my band test right now. As everytime I looked up the line of people coming on started going slower and just after the last person came on I couldn't even concentrate anymore on practicing all because of this familier girl. The one I couldn't stop thinking about since I met her yesterday. Her wavy short auburn hair, perfect flawless face and her hazlenut eye which was actually staring right at me right now. Our staring contest as I like to say it continued for a minute and I couldn't stand our distance from ourselves and just as my mouth was in it's own control her name slipped out of my mouth.
