Oliver sighed, leaning forward in his seat in his father's car.
"I don't see why you're sending me to a boarding school. I told you, I have a job. I can support myself in my own apartment, while going to school!" He sounded stressed, and to be fair, he was.
"Lookit, you're only sixteen, Ol. Sixteen. You aren't even a legal adult!" His dad, was quite stressed as well.
Oliver was.. A handful, too say enough. He had been having mental issues since his mother died, three years back. He didn't sleep, because of his anxiety and insomnia. He wasn't social anymore, and he had lost the majority of his friends.
Oh, and yeah. He was having sexuality issues, that his father wouldn't understand. Nor would his bitch (Oliver's step-mother.)..✖✖✖.
Oliver watched as they pulled up to the wonderful Hibashun All Boys School. A sarcastically murmured, "awesome," fell out of the ginger's mouth.
"Here we are!" His dad said, trying to sound enthusiastic, but failing. "Get your bags out of the back, kiddo. You can find your way. I'm sure the principal will help you."
Oliver nodded, a thin line of unhappiness falling onto his face.
"Here we go, I guess.".✖✖✖.
After getting everything together, the Irish boy sat on his new (and rather uncomfortable) bed. It was obvious he shared a room with someone. Posters litered one side of the room, and Oliver studied them.
Band posters mainly. Bands like Queen, Twenty One Pilots, AJJ, and The Front Bottoms.
The only one Oliver knew of was Queen, the rest being foreign to him. He had already unpacked, a photo of himself and his mother sitting on the night-stand, along with a book named Boy Meets Boy by David Leviathan.
Oliver was bored, and picked up the aforementioned book, and began to read from his place on chapter three. He eventually lost himself in the literature.
Oliver was so lost, infact, that when the door opened to a reveal a tall, rather fit Canadian boy, he didn't even notice.
