Zone Part 13

-Rory-

I heard the commotion down stairs, as did the others around me, there weren't many, around ten, they didn't pay me any attention while I grabbed the tubes of the antidote and a few needles slowly going down the stairs, to be welcomed to blood on the ground and both of the girls laying, Emanuel let go of the black haired boy, he had tears falling and muffled words, his green and yellow eyes seemed covered with sadness. The boy that didn't feel like human had tears in his eyes too but was trying to hold the other boy quiet, as did the blonde one and the other one with black and red striped hair. Emanuel took the antidote and needle filling it then laying it back down and he lifted the girl that I kicked, he called her Zuri earlier. He laid her on the bed and looked at the boys

"Blake, get Kayla and lay her beside Zuri"

The blonde hair boy stepped back, making the other two put more pressure to the boy with black hair. "Blake" did as told and laid Kayla beside Zuri, I guess I needed to get the needle and serum to Emanuel so I did, getting a nod of thank you. He pressed the needle into Zuri as he took some blood from Kayla, mixing the rest of the serum from the needle in the tube and giving it to Zuri. The boys had to disband, the one with black hair fell to his knees as a look filled his eyes, the others moving from him. The boy called Blake sat beside him and talked to him as the one with brown hair went to Kayla and Zuri, looking at Emanuel as he sighed

"Look...Jesse, she's gone but I managed to save Zuri."

The boy with black hair nodded some, so he's Jesse I thought to myself.

"Hunter, Get me the rest of the vials. And this may affect you, so I'll put you in a cell down stairs, will you talk him through controlling this like you did Rory?"

I smiled and nodded to him, leading him down and closing the cell as he put his arm out and I injected the serum into him.

-Jesse-

My world came crashing down when I heard him tell me Kay was dead. I wanted to kill those things and Emanuel but Blake sat on his knees in front of me, talking me down and helping me relax. I kept crying, I had never liked anyone. When Hunter left with the red head Emanuel sat down, watching Zuri and Blake pulled Derek up the stairs, probably to clear this place. I held Kayla close and cried against her, no words being passed between me and Emanuel, he knew I'd slaughter him then and there, until Zuri groaned and covered her eyes, clearly in pain still

"Hey..how you feel?"

Tears welled up in her eyes as she saw Kayla but she bit her lip and shook it off, coming to her signature not caring look.

"Fine now. Where's everyone?"

I spoke up

"Kayla, dead...Hunter is with that Rory girl and will be back soon, the other two went up stairs to empty this place and Emanuel if you say anything I'll kill you"

He sighed and stood up

"Then kill me, but you need to take the antidote. I've given it to Zuri, Hunter has it and the other two have some with them. Here"

He handed me a syringe and I stuck it in my arm, pressing it. It stung my arm and then made a slight ache in my body but soon it stopped.

-Derek-

Me and Blake had gone up the stairs, taking the serum with us and injecting ourselves, letting it set for a moment, when we went in, there were creatures everywhere, all kinds but they ignored us so it was easy to empty the place out. We went downstairs to see the red headed girl, Blake was watching a male with white hair, then I recognized the outfit and could tell it was Hunter, she was talking to him, calmly and he seemed to be responding

"What are you doing? He turned kill him."

I looked at Blake who looked tired and upset

"If they just turned you can save them. That girl died because she couldn't grab hold of herself."

She snapped back and then went back to talking to hunter who was struggling but soon got hold, his hair staying white but he fell to the ground. Rory helped him stand up

"hey..Derek, didn't you know..I'm awesome"

I chuckled and saw that Blake went to his other side, helping him get back to the others, seeing that Zuri was up, I slighted hated that she hugged Hunter before anyone but didn't mind, Emanuel told us we would stay there for the night and leave the next day.
