(continuing on from the last chapter)

Lukes pov

i run as fast as my legs will take me, i felt everything. when my wolf told me they were also close i knew straight away i may be able to smell her, something wasn't right i could feel it. that's when i caught it, her smell, stronger than ever before which only means one thing, heat.
"i need all my warriors now, west border no time to waste" i scream into the pack mind link. i hear their footsteps quickly approaching, I'm glad they are taking this seriously
"follow me" i scream into their links before rushing off, following my mate's scent, i crutch to the ground when i see a cabin
"my mate, your luna is close by, the in heat smell is her we need to attack, kill them all and get her back" i snarl they all nod their wolf heads and i take off inside, tearing heads off of men bodies all them dropping to the ground, i see what i am guessing is their leader in wolf form in the middle of the attack. i rush at him instantly kill him
"help" i hear a voice yell, i turn around and follow it to a set of stairs
"help please" i hear again, following it down the stairs i shift back already knowing by how much of her scent is down here that it is my mate, i open the small door and gasp in shock. my mate has sliver all over her body holding her to the ground and a knife in her side, the faint smell of wolfbane fills my nose. my more mate i think to myself, i see a slight smile come onto her face before she passes out. i look around everywhere until i find the keys, i need to free her and fast i think to myself before rushing over to her, i take deep breathes looking at the sight of her, i unlock all the sliver from her.
"doctor i have my mate, heading back now, not sure if any warriors are injured but my mate has a knife in her side what do i do?" i question him though the link making him sigh
"bring her here, if the knife starts moving around too much inside of her while you bring her here i need you to get to one of the clothing spots and grab a shirt, pull the knife out as fast as possible and tie the shirt around where it was making sure you apply pressure the whole time, but you will then need to rush here, but please unless that happens dont remove it" he cries into my head showing me how important this is. i grab her small body and rush upstairs, running as fast as i can to the pack house, it isnt until i am almost in the packs hospital that i realize she is basically naked and the wound is bleeding
"lay her here quickly" he yells at me, as if noticing what i am looking at he pulls a blanket over her legs and up to her hip so he can still get the knife out, i look around and notice the number of metal supplies he has out.
"nurse iv line now" he screams though the office making me grab my ears in pain from his voice
"alpha as you know she is in heat which means this is going to hurt worse, if you think you can stay without ripping heads off please go to that arms and hold her" he instructs pointing towards the wall that is furthest from the knife. i grab her hand and watch as a nurse slips the iv into her arm.

i watch in shock as he pulls the knife out of her side showing that it was a silver knife.
"nurse can you add a sliver flush to the iv please" he smiles sweetly at her making her nod quickly, i feel like i am watching a movie as the doctor cleans the wounds and stitches her up

"alpha" i hear beside me i turn to see the doctor
"you kind of spaced out, we have flushed as much silver as we can out of her body, the bleeding stopped, we gave her something to calm the heat down, i checked her other injury's i know you know about the major two, smaller cuts all over her body but when her wolf is strong they will all heal, only emotional scarring and her side" he smiles sadly at me
"you mean when i mate with her and her wolf returns" i look at her the whole time
"her wolf is with yours?" he questions i just nod
"she can go back home with you when she wakes up, just sign these papers" he smiles at me i sign quickly and he nods
"baby please wake up" i cry

Millies pov

i wake up and stare at Luke who is sleeping on the couch in what i assume is the hospital room. looking around i know i am correct. pulling the iv line out of my arm i turn carefully to watch my mate, i dont feel sore at all. i look at my side to see a long scar
"how long have i been out?" i question myself sadly
"three days, we can go home whenever" he smiles sadly at me
"why am i still in heat, how is it healed so fast" i groan throwing questions at him
"alphas mates heats last two weeks unless mated, and your side i am not too sure, though i think my wolf has something to do with it since he is now week" luke smiles at me
"can we go home?" i question not liking being here, he nods helping me out of bed, i immediately cool down
"dont stop touching me please" i whisper feeling weak
"i won't, but i also won't do anything you are not ready for" he smiles at me softly

i smile at the feeling of the bed under me i had asked luke how i was so clean and he went bright red which mean he was the reason. the heat starts getting hotter and hotter making me whimper
"is everything okay?" he questions me already back at my side to see if there was any danger.
"heat, upping" i Croke out he looks sad
"my touch isnt helping anymore is it" he almost cries rubbing my arm
"helps a little" i smile trying to stop his beautiful tears from falling
"mark me" i state already knowing that will help a bit, he looks at me in shock
"no" he states trying to move away but i make sure he cant
"and why not" i almost yell
"i dont think i will be able to stop myself going further" he states
"then dont, i know you would have felt what he did when i went into heat, i want you" i state he looks at me before nodding, my back arches at his kiss making it impossible for me to control myself, i feel him bite into my shoulder and all i feel is pure pleasure, none of the pain other couples talk about
"you sure" he states i just nod biting into his neck.

i wake up smiling, last night was amazing
'that makes two of us enjoying it' i hear a voice inside my head that i know isnt Lukes
'im your wolf' she smiles i immediately jump up and do a silly dance
'calm down human, you're scaring mate i also healed all scars but the one on your side, i can't seem to heal that one sorry' she smiles in my head making me start jumping up and down, i have always wanted my wolf back
"Everything okay?" i hear Lukes raspy morning voice
"everything is amazing, you're amazing, our sex is amazing and i have my wolf back" i smile happily making him smile back at me in awe.
