The following day Mr. Nakajima arrived around midday, though he looked more concerned than happy as he entered. The driver that was with him entered as well and made him a coffee. The 6 teens gathered around the table with both eagerness and worry of what Mr. Nakajima might say, which after a few minutes he finally spoke after a heavy sigh "About... about what happened yesterday, I'm afraid it's taken a grave turn. The person that went after Mr. Midoriya... has been killed... the body was find in an alleyway, part of the jugular missing, ripped, like an animal attack and... that's really all we could find out, the local police force said they'll contact me if anything changes... so please if any of you go into the city just be careful... please"
The expression on his face said it all, he was worried, if Izuku's attacker could be dispatched so easily and the result of said attack, Izuku and the others could be in deep trouble. As Mr. Nakajima went to leave he spoke again "I would like you all to train, train your minds, your powers by yourself and with each other... who knows what else could happen and I'll have 2 people I trust dearly come to stay to help... I wish you all the best of luck, goodbye for now" before his driver left he place a cardboard box on the kitchen counter top, it was filled with all sorts of information and quizzes about old mutants.
Once Mr. Nakajima left, the 6 of them reflected on what they were just told "We'll definitely stick together as a group or pair up" Fumikage said after a few moments of silence, the others could only nod in agreement "We can also study together in groups or pairs as well" said Momo, much to the annoyance of everyone minus Izuku. They then decided to spend a bit of time studying, the boys studying alone, the girls studying together.
"Hmmm no... no... nope.... nah.... mmm nope.... UGH why do we have to 'study' now" Mina said becoming frustrated, the 3 girls were in Momo's room, the 6 teens had each grabbed a quiz to do, though Izuku had secretly been teaching himself to read and write, he had been getting slowly better with reading and writing, though for the quiz he found an audio version. His first part of writing wasn't on the quiz though, but in his notebook, he dedicated a small part of a page and wrote down everyone's names even if to him it looked a bit like scribble, he was still pleased.
The 3 girls eventually finished the quiz even if Mina complained the whole time "I wonder how the others are going?" She asked no one in particular. She then grinned at Momo and Himiko as they saw Mina stick a hand through the wall then the rest of her body vanished as she blended in to the wall, even Himiko using her infrared vision couldn't really see her.
Mina peered her head out into the next room, as she looked down she saw Izuku with his head down headphones in, just managing to write. She couldn't help but smile, she then saw that he had a notebook open and her smile grew wider as she noticed that he written down everyone's names, but she felt a little bad that she saw, since he probably wanted to keep it a secret for the moment.
As she pulled herself back through she noticed that Momo and Himiko had gone out. She went out of the room through the door, Fumikage was out as well, a few seconds later Eijiro charged out of his room yelling "FINALLY YA STUPID PAPER!!"
"Eijiro shhhh" Momo hissed at him, Eijiro then realised everyone wasn't out "S-sorry" he said. Himiko then made everyone coffees, Momo knocked on Izuku's door, a muffled "Yeah" was the response. Momo opened the door "Hey Izuku, how's it going?" She asked with a smile.
"Oh h-hey Momo, i think I'm finished" he replied, but he looked tired. As he got up he was a little wobbly on his feet, he managed to sit down on his bed. Momo walked over and gave him a hug "Get some rest, you did good, we'll make you a drink once you get up ok" she said
"Thanks Momo" Izuku called out as Momo got to the door, she smiled and waved to him before she shut the door.
