New smells

It's almost time to meet my new friends ,but I have no idea where I am at!!! I walk around the village and humans are giving me funny looks and they keep saying how I am dressed funny and I'm dirty (what's that mean) , but I ignore it I'm too worried about not finding my new human friends!!!

I keep panicking I try picking up there scents so I put my face to the ground but there's way to many scents in the air I keep trying desperately. Everyone is walking around me and giving space till I run into someone's legs and get a sniff of something I have never smelt before. I didn't know how I felt about it so...I kept sniffing at there legs. "Hey kid what are you doing gaara is gonna kill you!!!" I look to see a panicked blond. I look straight up to see a human (i think) boy my age with red hair glaring down ate me I yelp and pop. I take in the scene around me there are three strangers one holding a small human, and my friends are here!!!!

"Friends!!!!" I run at naruto and Sakura in slow motion with tears in my eyes and jump on them.

" I was so lost without my human friends literally I have no idea where I am." At this moment sasuke jumps out of the tree and pulls me off setting me up straight along with the small human by us now.

The strangers Began to walk away, but Sakura stops them. "Hey other ninja can't be in another's village without permission!" The blond then holds up a paper with a little her on it with little scribbles. "That we have , we are her for the chunin exams brat" the girl smirks Sakura mumbles to her self "chunin exams?" They start to walk away again this time being stopped by sasuke " hey you what's your name" the blond turns " me oh I'm temarie-" "not you the one with the gourd on his back"

There's a pause as the red head turns to look at sasuke then stars me dead in the eyes I smile and wave at him " I am sabaku no gaara I am curious about you and the white haired girl" he speaks with a harsh voice " I am sasuke uchiha and this is-"

"I am the great Akita spirt of the forest-" a hand clamps over my mouth but it has been said they only stare at us a little longer then leave.

"You idiot!" He snaps "what!" I pout but he only sighs and walks off.

" Akita it is best that you don't tell people what you are" Sakura falls in step with me.

" but why Sakura?"

"Well...because people will think its weird."

"But....humans are the weird ones." She only giggles.

Third person p.o.v

The sand siblings walked down the street when temarie spoke up. "Did she say forest spirit?" Kankuro nodds his head " yeah it's always the cute ones that are crazy." They walk a little farther with tension it was obvious that temari had a question for her youngest brother. "G-gaara d-do you think that she had anything to do...with the light you said you saw." it was still silent she didn't know how to take that so she just sighed.

Akita p.o.v

Once we reach the training grounds I see our sensie along with the three wolf pups ,looks like they found him before me. "Hey you guys are the late ones today...everyone ready to start our training?" He greats.

"What are we going to do today sensie, whatever it is I can take it believe it!!!"

"Calm down naruto today we are going to see Akitas abilities. We will be doing intense group training for the next two weeks and by the end of those two weeks if she dose well I can report back to lord hokage and she will be able to join our team." He gives me a closed eye smile "that is if she wants to be a ninja" it goes dead I'm deep in thought.

' if I do this it may speed up the contracts ,I will be with them more....is this the path...' I close my eyes and let the wind blow through my hair 'mother tell me what should I do I hear her faint 'go with them my child' I smile and relax
