This did not turn out the way I thought it would.

"My day is over, girl! I'm going to head off." My coworker, Sarah, yells at me while taking her hoodie and heading out the front door.

"See ya tomorrow!" I tell her while wiping the counter of the Starbucks I work at. Sarah is a sweet girl who does not like to do her job. That's how I end up working late nights at Starbucks. Our shift was supposed to end in an hour but apparently she needed to go somewhere. Again.

I finish wiping the counter just as a guy steps in. He has a hood pulled over his head and he has sunglasses on. Creepy.

"Hello, sir. How can I help you?" I ask the the tall man standing in front of me. Only a small counter between us. He looks up, his hood falls off a bit and I notice his brown curly hair sticking out.

"Uh, I'd like a small vanilla frappe please." He slurs his words and starts looking for his wallet. I nod and take the cup in my hand.

"What's your name?" I ask the man.

"Harry" He says while handing me the money.

I nod and write down the name, adding a little smiley face since it seems like he has had a rough day. I turn around and start to make the drink. While making it I start to wonder why this guy seems so familiar. I brush the thought away and call out his name. I look around and he's nowhere to be seen. I crinkle my face in confusion until I heard the bathroom door open. I look behind me and see him walking out. He didn't have his sunglasses on.

"Oh, thank you." He says before taking the cup of vanilla creme frappe from the counter. I nod and smile at him. He has the most beautiful eyes I've ever seen.

"Have a nice night!" I tell him before he steps out of the door. He looks at me and smiles. He has a pretty smile. He should smile more often.

I start to clean everything else quickly so I can leave and call it a night. Hopefully he was the last person to step in here today.

As I was cleaning I couldn't stop thinking about that guy. I want to know more about him. He looked like he was wearing the weight of world on his shoulders.

I finished cleaning up, changed my clothes and left the starbucks. I locked the door before I saw that guy sitting on the ground drinking his drink and looking off to the distance. He had his hood on but no sunglasses. I got frightened for a second but still decided to talk to him.

"uh, hello. Are you alright?"

He looked at me totally shocked. "I'm sorry didn't see you there and no, I am not alright."
