Tears were rapidly falling from her eyes dampening her cheeks and making her body feel warm. Noor immediately moved and wrapped her arms tightly around Zoya's shoulder, providing much needed support to her appi while Zoya sobbed uncontrollably in her sister's arms while thinking about what had happened with her life.

Zoya's mind felt clogged as numerous thoughts clouded her mind at once. She felt herself drowning more and more deep in to the dungeons of nowhere, with no one to lend a hand to her to rise above. Her abbu has decided what her destiny would be and she was helpless, unable to decide for herself as she has already gone against her parents at one time in her life, in the past which she regrets and is ashamed of.

It was miserable as it could ever get. Zoya just wanted to live the rest of her life happily in Mumbai, where she built her life from the broken pieces, surrounding the things that she enjoyed being around but her abbu has never given it a thought that his daughter wouldn't be herself ever again if her soul would be murdered in this city.

'Tum hosh main toh ho Zoya ki tum kya kar rahi ho apne saath, Aditya ke saath?'

'Aditya ko aise chodh ke mat jao'

'Ye gunaah hoga jo tum uske saath kar rahi ho Zoya!'

'Tum Aditya ke saath sahi nahi kar rahi ho, uske pyaar ko tukraa kar jaarahi ho tum?'

'Tum kab samjhogi ki Aditya tumse sachcha pyaar kartha hai Zoya, jaise kisi ne bhi tumse nahi kiya hai?'

'Woh bandha tumse bepannaah pyaar kartha hai aur tum kya kar rahi ho? Usse bhaag rahi ho?'

Zoya heard voices shouting at her rapidly and each and every word pained her heart and hurt her immensely because somewhere in her mind, she knew the voices were not wrong. She even heard what Aditya has said to her in the days of yore, when they didn't even want to face each other.

'Hadh hoti hai bewakoofi ki, bhagwaan ne tumhe dimaag diya ya nahi?'

'You're a fool, you deserve this!'

Has she really started loving Aditya too, if not then why was she hearing voices inside her heart like an echo? Why cannot she control her mentality and face the truth that there is no future for herself and Aditya together? Zoya tried hard to become strong after everything that she had to go through within the day, a rush of emotions and an emotional breakdown listening to Aditya confessing to her about his love but her heart didn't listen to her.

She sobbed breathless, sighed and slowly lifted her head to face Noor but to no avail.

Noor tried reading Zoya's eyes that were a cloud of tears, filled with sombre and heartache.

"Noor!"

Zoya suddenly wrapped her arms around Noor's legs and placed her face on her sister's lap crying while Noor placed her head on top of Zoya's, closing her eyes and letting her own tears flow. She knew that her appi was hurt, she has lost her purpose to look forward to many more days in her life with a big smile adorning her face but she didn't know how can she be of any help to save her appi now.

"Hum haar gaye Noor, hum haar gaye..."

Zoya was broken than any other day she has ever been and Noor realized that her appi hasn't sounded so weak and delicate even on that stormy and unfortunate day that she had lost her husband whom she loved and it made Noor feel miserable for Zoya. She kept on patting her appi's head as if she was putting a child to sleep by calming her down.
