As Noor walked downstairs with a dejected feeling about her appi's miserable state, she noticed their ammi sitting on the sofa and staring at the door aimlessly. Noor took a deep sigh as she moved towards the kitchen to clean up the dishes.

Roshnaq was unaware about Zoya's almost suicidal attempt for the sake of Aditya, Noor remembered. Whether this is the appropriate time for her to talk about her appi's condition she didn't know but as their ammi was already aware of Aditya's love for Zoya and perhaps Zoya has feelings for him as well, Noor wanted Roshnaq to know the truth.

That's why she took a bold step and marched towards Roshnaq and sat next to her.

"Aap aagayi Noor? Zoya ne khaana kha liya? Uski tabiyat kaisi hai ab?"

Roshnaq was surprised not noticing that all this time Noor was downstairs and questioned her daughter as she wiped a fresh tear falling from her eye. Noor was shocked seeing her ammi cry. She immediately turned towards her and touched her hands.

"Ammi, aap ro kyun rahi thi? Aap jaanti hai ke appi ke saath aaj is ghar mein jo kuch bhi horaha hai, agar woh dard mein hai toh sirf aur sirf abbu ki wajah se hai. Unke matlabi aur hypocritical decisions ke wajah se hai aur abbu yeh sab apne aap keliye hi kar rahe hai. Agar unke pas dil hotha na ammi, toh woh yeh kadam kabhi nahi utathe.."

"Noor! Aap Waseem ke baare mein aise baat naa kare, woh aap ke abbu hai! Agar unhe patha chalgaya toh aap jaanti haina aapko woh kitna daatenge?"

Roshnaq knew that Noor was beyond annoyed about her husband's decision of leaving Mumbai but at the same time, he's the one who protects the women in his house and she cannot let their daughters bad mouth him.

"Ammi, abbu hone ke naate unhe apni betiyon ko samajhna chahiye tha par kya abbu ne aise karne ki koshish bhi ki? Kya unho ne ek baar bhi socha ki kya appi ko achcha lagega aise Mumbai chodh kar jaane ke baad, woh bhi humesha keliye? He never cared about us and that's the freaking truth! Agar abbu appi keliye sach mein fikar karthe toh aaj hume ye din dekhna nahi hotha kyun ki appi ka dil ab yaha hai aur aap yeh achche se jaanti hai ammi! Zoya appi kabhi nahi chahegi ki woh kisi bhi wajah se Mumbai chodh kar Mussoorie jaaye.."

Noor stated facts and Roshnaq looked at her with a numb expression since she was admitting the truth.

"Beta, jo aap keherahi hai woh sach hai lekin woh aapke abbu hai aur hum unke against nahi jaasakte hai.."

"Kyun nahi ammi? Isliye kyun ki woh humare abbu aur aapke shauhar hai? Woh humse badhe hai? Ye kaun si baat hui, kyun ki jaha tak hume patha hai aapne humesha hume aur appi ko naa insaafi keliye kadha hona sikhaya hai aur ye naa insaafi nahi toh aur kya hai? Waha appi pal pal mar rahi hai ye soch kar ki shaayad woh apni life mein ab kabhi aage nahi padh payegi, unke jeene ka maqsad hi khatam hogaya hai maano aur aap hume keherahi hai ki hume abbu ke baare mein izzat se baat karni chahiye ammi? Ye baat bhi ignore kar ke ki appi ne aaj kuch waqt pehele almost apni jaan gavadi Aditya keliye kyun ki unhe lagtha hai ki unke bina unke zindagi ka koi matlab hi nahi hai?"

Noor didn't realize what she uttered as she poured out her frustration and suddenly alarmed, Roshnaq rose from the sofa and widened her eyes. Noor stood up immediately and opened her mouth in disbelief not knowing what to do next.

"Noor aap yeh kya bol rahi hai? Aap Zoya, apni appi ke baare mein aisi baat kaise karsakthi hai? Aditya keliye Zoya kyun apni jaan dedegi? Woh Aditya se mohobbat karthi hai Noor!"

Roshnaq tried making her younger daughter understand and Noor took a deep breath to reveal the truth to her ammi.

"Ammi, hum jaante hai ki woh dono ek dusre se bohot pyaar karthe hai par aaj appi sabse zyaada bikhar gayi hai abbu ke faisle ke kaaran. Appi aaj Aditya se mili thi aur.. ammi, woh appi se pyaar karthe hai usne finally confess kiya hai is baat ko, jaise ki hume pehele se yakeen tha. Par appi hume teek se kuch bata nahi rahi hai ki kya baatein hui thi un dono ke beech aur kuch baatein aise bhi hothe hai jo hum kisi ke saath share nahi karsakthe hai, haina? Main appi ko force nahi karna chahthi kyun ki ye unki life hai. Woh shaam ko jab ghar aayi thi achanak behosh sirf isliye hui thi kyun ki woh khaas kar ke Aditya ko chodh kar nahi jaana chahthi ammi, please accept it!
