𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 ; 𝐭.𝐤

the sleepover

jungkook arrived at taehyung's house at exactly five o'clock.
"hi jungkook. nice to see you again." said jimin as he allowed the bunny toothed boy in the house.
"hi. where's taehyung?"
"oh, he's upstairs. he should be down soon." taehyung ran down the stairs.
"hey kook. let's go upstairs. my dad's home."
"okay." taehyung grabbed jungkook's hand and pulled him along. they intertwined fingers so them being a couple seemed slightly more realistic.
"did you eat yet?" questioned taehyung after closing his bedroom door.
"no not yet. maybe we can get takeout?"
"yeah. i'm fine with that."

they finished eating about 40 minutes later.
"do you want dessert? we have mochi and i think we still have some ice vanilla ice cream."
"yeah. that sounds good."
"i'll be right back." jungkook looked around the room. it was a little bigger than his. he noticed gucci posters taped to the walls and gucci sweatshirts hanging in the closet. the room had one large window above the desk allowing the setting sun to light up the dark room.
"here. we only had one bowl. my mom just put the dishes in the dishwasher."
"okay. that's fine." as the started eating their ice cream and mochi jimin walked into the room with clean laundry.
"aww. you guys are the cutest." jungkook looked at the floor trying to hide his red cheeks. taehyung smiled and then kissed jungkook on the forehead causing him to blush even more. "i'll leave you two alone now. make sure you put your clothes away tomorrow taehyung." jimjn closed the door behind him leaving the boys in silence.
"are you cold? you have goosebumps." the light from the window illuminated the bumps on jungkook's arms.
"a little." taehyung stood up from the desk and grabbed a gucci sweatshirt out of his closet.
"here. put this on."
"i don't know tae. i don't want to ruin it." taehyung slid the thick cloth over jungkook's head.
"it's fine. i've had the sweatshirt forever." the sweatshirt was a little big on jungkook. "besides, you look cute in it kookie." the younger smiled.

they talked for a while. they got to know each other better. out of nowhere it started pouring. it was a thunderstorm.
"t-tae?"
"yeah?"
"i d-don't like thunder... can we get ready for bed?"
"are you scared?" taehyung teased.
"uh, yeah. kind of. can we just get to bed?"
"yeah. i'm sorry. let's go. you can get ready first. the bathroom's right across the hall.

it took only a few minutes for both boys to get ready.
"you can take my bed. i'll sleep on the couch in the living room."
"no wait. hyung, can you uh, stay?"
"yeah. do you want me to sleep on the floor?"
"no. it's too far. it'll feel like i'm alone and i can't be alone." taehyung climbed on the bed and pulled the blanket over himself.
"kook, come here." BOOM. just as taehyung had extended his arms jungkook pulled himself closer and buried his head in the older's chest. "it's okay." taehyung reassured. he began playing with jungkook's hair.
"your hair's soft." jungkook felt comforted. "do you want me to put on music? it might calm you down." jungkook nodded his head slowly. taehyung grabbed his phone only to find it was dead. "my phone's dead. do you have yours?"
"i don't know where i put it." taehyung could see jungkook start to panic.
"you know what? that's okay. i'll just sing for you. for however long you need."
"really? you would do that for me?"
"yeah. i'd do anything for a friend." taehyung began to sing 2U by justin bieber. it was a love song and he had listened to it a lot after he realized he had feelings for jungkook.
"your voice is amazing taehyungie." whispered jungkook.

half an hour later the storm stopped and both boys fell asleep. it was nice for jungkook to have someone. normally he would blast music in his earbuds until the storm was over or his ears hurt too much from the sound. taehyung enjoyed helping jungkook and just being around him. he was scared of telling him about his feelings because they were finally getting along. he didn't want to ruin the friendship that was starting.
