beach party

the boys and their parents had dinner. they had lobster and kimchi.
"let's go to that party taehyungie. it'll be fun."
"fine. mom, dad, mr and mrs. kim, we're going to a party. it's on the beach."
"we'll be back by 12:30 at the latest." jungkook added.
"okay. just be safe jungkook." said seokjin.
"just don't disappear or anything. you know how paranoid your mother is. also to be safe make sure you're actually home by 12:30. trust me."
"let's go kook." the two boys left the house leaving jimin in awe.
"aren't they such a cute couple?"
"they're dating!? how come jungkook didn't tell me!?"
"let's calm down honey." said namjoon putting his hand on seokjin's shoulder.
"yeah. we found out about a month ago." said yoongi
"don't worry jin, we'll talk to jungkook tomorrow." said namjoon.
"damn right we will! he never told us he had a boyfriend."

jungkook and taehyung made their way to the beach and found hoseok who had already gotten drunk. the "couple" danced for a few hours and decided to go back to the lake house.
"it's getting kind of late. let's go back to the house kookie."
"okay but can you hold my hand? i don't want to get lost. it's dark out here."
"yeah. do you think it's fun pretending to be a couple?"
"yeah. it's exciting."
"what if we pretend like we're a couple everywhere or what if we were a real couple. we could do couple things like kiss and go on dates and cuddle."
"i would like that." jungkook was glad the darkness hid his red face. he liked taehyung but it was embarrassing for the younger to admit. he had never really been in a relationship because of seokjin.
"you actually want to be a real couple?" taehyung was a little surprised. he was expecting the younger to say the opposite.
"yeah. i like pretending because it's kind of it's real but now i'll like it even more because it is real." taehyung kissed jungkook and then continued to walk to the house

they made their way into the small bedroom and climbed into bed.
"good night kookie."
"good night tae-tae."
"if you wake up in the middle of the night wake me up. i don't want to leave you alone."
"okay." the two boys cuddled and then fell asleep.

BOOM! BOOM! taehyung awoke to jungkook curled up in his arms. and the sound of thunder.
"it's okay kookie."
"i-i'm sorry for waking you."
"hey. look at me." taehyung placed his hand on jungkook's jaw and looked into his eyes. "don't worry about it. i get to cuddle with my boyfriend." jungkook smiled through the pain. "i have an idea. it worked last time."
"what is it?"
"you know how i sang a song for you?"
"yeah."
"well i'll do it again. it helped last time." taehyung sang the same song jungkook had sang a cover of; 2U by justin bieber. they eventually dozed off.

"boys, wake up. breakfast is ready. jungkook. me and your father need to talk afterwards." yelled seokjin."
"uhhhh." jungkook groaned. "tae come on. let's get up."
"can i wear your black sweatshirt today?" asked taehyung in a somewhat childish voice.
"yeah. hurry up and get ready."

in only a few minutes the boys got dressed and in the dining room for food.

"are you done jungkook?" asked seokjin.
"yeah. you wanted to talk right?"
"yeah. joon, come on." seokjin closed the door behind namjoon and jungkook. "jimin and yoongi told me you and taehyung are dating. is this true?"
"yeah." jungkook hesitated.
"jungkook, you know i don't like the idea of you dating."
"jin, honey. i think you need to relax and think this through."
"i'm sorry, i am protective of my son. the last thing i need is for him to end up just like the oven you broke like two months ago.
"mom, i really like tae. last night he comforted me during the storm. i hate storms and he made me hate them less. please just give him a chance."
"i'm sorry jungkook. i don't want you to be around him anymore. i'll talk to your teacher about tutoring. let's go inside. we don't want to keep them waiting for us.
