Shizu's 1st poem:
Skeleton
The skeleton had skin once
Pale, smooth skin
Its use to love its skin
Then it started to hate it
Then it started to hate it
They said there was too much skin
They said too much skin wasn't pretty
So the skeleton decided to get rid of it
It made the skin stop growing
The skin started to disappear
Until there was just gone
And the skeleton thought it was finally beautiful
info: The first poem Shizu shows the player. The poem tells of Shizu's body issues and her need to stay thin all the time.
Screams
I can hear the screams
Screams of hate and spite
Seems like nothing can silence them
I cover my ears
But I can still hear them
When I speak up
They seem to get louder

info: this poem describes all the hurtful taunts and insults thrown at Shizu. She feels like there is nothing she can do to stop them. No matter what, the teasing just keeps coming

There once was a rock
They all said it was dirty and ugly
But here's something they didn't know
Inside the rock
There were crystals
Beautiful, colorful crystals
They showed the rocks true self
Nobody bothered to notice
Until four beautiful souls came
They broke the rock
And saw its crystals
They all said it was beautiful
info: This poem tells of Shizu wanting someone to see the beauty inside of her, but many only say things about the outside of her. Her wish was granted when she joined the literature club and made friends with Monika, Sayori, Yuri, and Natsuki.

info: This is Shizu's last poem before the player finds her dead. The poem shows that Shizu is mildly aware that Monika is doing something to her and the other club members to make them act differently. She doesn't know Monika is altering her file but knows its because of her that she is acting strange.
