HEART ACHE

KELSEYS POV

Ari told me the plan with Demi for tonight and we all chilled in the back room since Demi didn't really want to be around everyone. Around 3:30 scooter came and he instantly pulled Demi into a hug.

DEMI: your not mad
SCOOTER: no of course not dems your so strong relapses happen and I'm glad you told someone
DEMI: your not going to walk away
SCOOTER: dems Phil wasn't a good guy and he manipulated you into thinking a relapse was the end of the world when trust me it isn't you are going to get through wether you relapse again or not I promise and me Yeal Ari Kelsey your entire team we aren't leaving okay we got you
DEMI: I was scared you-
SCOOTER: dems look at me okay I promise when it comes to something in your recovery I will be with for every step wether it's another year sober or a relapse or a bad day I'll be here to support you and not because I'm your manger but because we are all family

Demi gave scooter a hug and it made me smile because it was the first interaction she had initiated today. Scooter saw how happy it made us and he instantly knew what I was thinking.

SCOOTER: I know something else is bothering you too dems
DEMI: I'm okay I promise
SCOOTER: okay

We made our way to the to the front of bus Demi instantly sitting next to Jill.

WILMER: dems can I talk to you for sec
DEMI: yeah

They went to the back of the bus and we all looked at each other.

JILL: what did he want to talk to her about
CESAR: no idea

A couple minutes later Wilmer returned without Demi.

JILL: what was that about and why do you have your bag
WILMER: I'm leaving there's another girl I've been talking too and I'm meeting her later
ANGELO: I thought you wanted Demi
JILL: YOU LEFT DEMI ALONE

I got up and quickly went to the back of the bus.

KELSEY: dems babygirl

Demi was on the bed sobbing.

KELSEY: I know I know what he did was wrong

I held her in my arms as she sobbed Jill came back and sat with us.

Demi tried to get out of arms but I held her tight. I laid her down and pinned her arms above her head. She was sobbing breaking down life was taking a toll on her.

SCOOTERS POV

WILMER: I didn't mean to hurt her like this
SCOOTER: DIDN'T MEAN TO HURT HER YOU WERE KEEPING HER TOGETHER NO MATTER HOW FAR SHE PUSHED YOU RECENTLY YOH WERE KEEPING HER TOGETHER OUT I WANT YOU OUT OF THIS BUS

We stopped at a rest stop and Wilmer got out.

I went back to Demi and she was being held down by Kelsey and Jill and I felt tears slip down my cheeks watching her I could see the tears in Kelseys and Jills face.

JILL: Demi DEMI look at me look at me okay you are enough you are

Demi started to calm down only to be launched in a coughing fit to the point she couldn't breathe I watched Jill give her her inhaler.

KELSEY: lets go out okay there's a park around here me you and Ari can go

Demi nodded her head and I walked over to her and pulled her into a hug.

DEMI: I thought he was different
SCOOTER: I know I know

Demi Kelsey and Ari went to a pro near by for some girl time.

ARIS POV

DEMI: I really thought he would be different
ARI: men suck
DEMI: they really do
KELSEY: that's for sure
DEMI: why am I so easily manipulated
KELSEY: your walls are so high that people do everything to earn your trust and when they knock them down a little they tear you down

We found a spot and sat for a while.

DEMI: I miss when everything was good
ARI: was anything ever really good
DEMI: what do you mean
ARI: were you ever really happy
DEMI: yeah I mean I think so
ARI: you think
DEMI: I guess I wasn't always happy but some moments were good
KELSEY: you been through a lot shit
DEMI: I wish I could get a break
KELSEY: you just gotta look into the future

We sat for a while just talking and laughing we headed back after a couple hours and everyone was about to head to bed. We followed Demi back to her room and the three of us changed into pajamas and curled up in dems bed.

DEMI: I love you guys
ARI: love you too with my whole heart
KELSEY: forever and always

We woke up the next morning and sun was out and we heard light chatter from outside the room. I was glad Demi didn't have any nightmares I think us being with her helped.

DEMI: I don't want to get up
KELSEY: we can stay for a little while longer

We ended up falling back to sleep. Demi feel back to sleep first grabbing mine and Kelsey hand and ended up drifting off not long after.

JILLS POV

I went to wake up the girls for breakfast and I couldn't help but smile at them sleeping. I took a pictures and posted it on the tour Instagram page.

JILL: breakfast

I heard them groan and sit up Demi laid right back down not willing to get but I went and got a scooter who picked her up and carried her.

Demi wasn't an early person so she basically fell asleep again as food was being passed out.

JILL: dems eat

Demi are most of the food in her plate. This was the last day before we had another show. Then we headed to New Jersey and I knew that would be rough on Demi.

Dallas hasn't been able to some back yet so someone is coming with the dogs today and Demi doesn't know I hope it makes her day.

We got dressed and sat in the front of the bus. About an hour later we were all talking when we stopped and Jordan brought Ella and Batman. I saw Demis face light up as she grabbed them. She played with them for while taking videos.

KELSEY: she loves those dogs
LAUREN: more than anything

Demis phone rang and Demi answered it

DEMI: hello
DIANA: hey dems
DEMI: mom

Demi went to the back of the bus I waited outside he door Incase she needed me. I was able to hear some of the conversation.

DIANA: how are You
DEMI: I'm great actually
DIANA: I heard about Wilmer
DEMI: he did no worse than you did to me
DIANA: Demi I-
DEMI: I don't want to hear your dumbass excuses okay you broke me you were suppose to be there an yeah I wasn't the greatest but tour is hard especially after the last one but you left and Wilmer he did the same if I had it my way I would cut you out of my life but I love Eddie and Maddie to much to do so
DIANA: YOU CANT DO ANYTHING BY YOURSELF YOU WEAK EVERYONE IS DISAPPOINTED IN YOU

DEMIS POV

I realized she was right I rely on people too much so I made the decision the only person I can trust is my self. I hung up and went past everyone picked up Ella and Batman and went to the back of the bus I can't rely on anyone not anymore.
