Drunk Go-Karting Gone Wrong

Where's Adam?

A few days later, Brad calls Neil. "Hey. Have you heard from Adam since we went go-karting?"
"No."
"Well I called his wife and she told me she hasn't seen him either, so I'm starting to get worried."
"Have you tried calling him?"
"What would be the point? He never answers his phone."
"Well try."
"Fine." Brad groaned as he hung up and called Adam. After what felt like forever waiting, he does get an answer. Just not the answer he was hoping for... "Hello. This is a nurse picking up to tell you that the person the number you called belongs to has passed away in the hospital. He passed out after he was hit while go-karting. The girl that hit him brought him in, but then he died in the hospital bed before we were able to help him. This number will be shut down very shortly. Thank you for understanding. Goodbye!" The nurse then hung up before Brad even had a chance to say anything, so he called Neil back in tears. "Neil."
"What's wrong?"
"Adam died in the hospital."
"How?!"
"He passed out after he was hit while go-karting. The bitch of a nurse that picked up wouldn't even let me talk, and she's getting his number shut down."
"WHAT?!"
"Yep, and this is officially the last time I'm following through with your stupid ideas." Brad huffed as he hung up before Neil had a chance to say anything.
