Chapter 3

“THERE’S A FIRE!” Sam screams. I grab the fire extinguisher and run up to his room.

“DAD! WE GOT A FIRE!”

“FIRE!” Sam is still screaming when I go into his room and shut the door behind me seeing Sam use one of his bottled water to try and put out the small fire surrounding a hole in Sam’s bedroom floor. I help him to try and put it out, with the fire extinguisher. It just goes out and I sigh.

“What was that?”

“A shard of the cube, I think.” Sam answers.

“What!” I follow Sam to the door. Sam opens it and a bunch of small mechanical things start shooting at us.

“AHHHHHHHHH!” We scream as we scramble back trying to dodge the small bullets and missiles coming from the small ‘cons/’bots. I recognise a toaster, hover and blender.

“Is that the f-ing kitchen!” I cry as I try to hit them with Sam’s now destroyed lamp.

“You want to ask them?!?!” Sam asked sarcastically.  I scream as one nearly shoots my leg.

“WINDOW”. Sam orders we run and jump out of Sam’s bedroom window onto the porch roof dodging gunfire from our kitchen.

“That’s the friggin microwave!” I cry as the robot in question shoots at us.

“Sam? Taylor?”

“DAD!” Sam shouts as we both scream and jump off the porch roof as something blows it up. Uncle Ron comes into view dodging bullets, he falls to the ground and army crawls as with me and Sam to hide behind the garden fountain.

The kitchen keeps shooting at us, hitting the water and splashing us, they destroyed the dog house and that went all over us as well.

“BEE! BUMBLE BEE!” Sam screams. Bee charges out of the garage, blowing up the garage door. He starts his canon and shoots the little robots. More robots come out of Sam’s bedroom window, and climb on the porch roof. Bee aimed for the corner of the house they were in and fired. I stood in shock as Sam’s bedroom side of the house obliterated; it went up in flames as Bee shoot the last of our kitchen.

“What was that?” Uncle Ron demanded.

“That, Ronny boy was your entire kitchen.” I stated.

“Bumblebee…..0h, my……..BUMBLE BEE!” Sam growled. Aunt Judy then ran out of the house screaming. She was nearly moving as fast as Uncle Ron back in the start of knowing about aliens when there was that ‘earthquake’, when she ran head first into her flower hanging basket and falls flat on her back.

“911!” Uncle Ron screams running to his wife. I put a hand over my mouth to stop myself laughing at Aunt Judy’s dazed expression.

“Bumblebee!” Sam scolded. “Get in the garage. Go!”

“Aww don’t bully him.” I demanded. Sam just glared at me.

“What the freak just happened?!” Aunt Judy asked, getting a grip back on reality.

“I’m about to have a nervous breakdown. Just go in the garage quietly, please.” Sam scowled. Aunt Judy sees the house and screams:

“HOLY MOTHER!”

I ignored them and heard Bee mutter something that sounded like ‘whatever’. Bee hen stormed into the garage not changing into his alt mode smashing things out of the way making as much noise as he could. I glared at Sam.

“Well done, upset the car. He only wanted to help, keep you safe.” I growled before following Bee into the garage. He sat on the floor sulking.

“I know your upset, but...... all this is stressful. Just try to see it his way.” I sighed, getting a big sheet and a ladder to cover the door as the fire fighters turned up. I can’t believe I’m in the middle of their arguments again.  Bee was now on his knees still in a sulk as I finished putting it up.

“You shouldn’t have blown up half the house.......” I started as Bee started playing music I put my hand up and glared. He stopped looking down.

“But Sam should have been thankful for you saving us, so thank you. But you got to see his side”. I stated as he starting hitting himself in the head. Sam and Mikaela came in through my sheet.

“Yeah you know you’re in trouble”. Sam told him as they came in. He started wheezing and making robotic noises.

“He still having voice problems?” Mikaela asked in sympathy.

“He’s is playing it up”. Sam answered. I walked over to him cleaning his hands with a cloth and hit him over the head.

“OW! Taylor what was that for?!” He hissed rubbing his head.

“Be sympathetic. And thankful he saved you.” I demanded then nudged my head to Bee.

‘Tell him’. I mouthed. He shuffled on his feet a bit before sighing.

“Bee I want to talk to you about the collage thing, okay?” Sam told him. He started dancing and clicking.

“I’m so excited, and I just can’t hide it.”

“Hey, I’m not taking you with me.” Sam cut Bee’s music show off. He sank to the floor and made one of the most heartbreaking sounds I ever heard. Mik signalled me to go outside.

“I’m gonna wait outside.” Mikaela said. I patted on the shoulders as I left.

“You’re on your own kid.” I smiled at Bee as I left. I took Mik’s helmet as she stripped her leather jacket and pants. I put the helmet down and got a pretty little purple bouquet  of flowers out of her bag and passed her some nice white peep toe heels s she pulled down her stunning white Summer dress.

“I need to borrow those heels!” I mutter as she puts them on. I gave her the flowers and fluff up her hair and put on his lip gloss. She step down and waits in front of the Sheet I admire the outfit I picked out for her the other day shopping. I wish I knew it was for this. I would’ve found a shorter dress.
