Synopsis:
Anne Wisely feels completely ignored and hated by the majority of her school. Even with her smallest group of three friends she feels like she's the lowest of the low. She only makes it worse for herself by eating less.
A lot less. The small nerdy kid of the school, Francis Darling is trying hard to be her best friend. Keep in mind: Francis has zero friends to begin with. To save the sliver of reputation Anne has she always denies his offer yet this doesn't stop Francis.
When Anne's friends officially and completely ignore her at the end of the first week of their Junior year she decides to accept Francis's offer. Though it only gets worse due to Francis's condition of being prone to suggestion. Basically a copy-cat. When he notices Anne miserable and how thin she is it's then that Francis's has a weight loss story of his very own. And it only gets worse as it's only like a contest between the two that Anne has no idea about.
