Eden's POV.
Hi, I'm Eden. I'm a tomboy. I don't have a lot of friends but the ones I do have........gah they are amazing!!! So I have never EVER had a boyfriend because I have never really liked anyone. Some people think I'm stupid and weird because I'm in 7th grade and have never had a boyfriend or have ever even liked anyone. But my friends understand. That is why I love them. Ok so to the story now............... I wake up to a loud "GET YOUR BUTT UP NOW!!". It turns out that it's my mom... She had been trying to get me up for about 10 minutes now ....Oops..... "YOU HAVE TO BE AT SCHOOL IN 10 MINUTES HURRY UP!!!" She yells at me so I say " ok mom I'm hurrying" as I'm slipping my pajamas off and school clothes on. I'm wearing a blue t-shirt that says "Hawaii" on it and some camo capris. It's probably clear but I miss the bus so my mom takes me to school. When I get to school I go to where my friends and all hang out before we to go in the building for 1st period. So I get to the place and I see my friends Cole and Courtney are already there but nobody else is there yet. I look around for more people and I feel a hand on my shoulder. " WHO THE HECK IS THERE?!?!?.........oh sorry hayyy!!" It was Courtney. She is a little bit taller than me so she always teases me about that. But I love her anyways. "Hey Eden, why are you here so early? The buses haven't even let out yet?". "I missed the bus so my mom brought me.". She nods her head as she understands now. "Woah....Eden......look at that new guy!!". "Where?" " right there " she whispered as she pointed at some guy. "OMG Eden he is coming over here". Ok. You can probably tell by now that Courtney thinks he is cute. Well.. I don't . From what I have heard he is annoying. His name is Luke. As he approaches us the bell rings to go inside. So he doesn't talk to us he just walks off to class. It turns out we all have 1st period together. We have mrs. Smith. As mrs. Smith is teaching I feel a tap on my back and I turn around, it's Luke. He gives me a note and points backward but I couldn't see what he was pointing at so I just took the note and turned around. I open up the note and it reads:
Dear Eden,
I have liked you for a while but I could never get up the nerves to tell you. So, I decided to write what I feel. I know this isn't much but it's all I can do because every time I get around you my heart stops and I can't breathe. So to get to the point, this note is for me to tell you how I really feel about you so here I go....... Eden, I think that you are amazing, sweet, kind, and beautiful. If I didn't know you I don't know what I would do.... I would probably die. Sooo... Now that you know how I feel about you....... What do ya say?
Will you be my girlfriend?
