"Tell me what the hell is going on!" i snap, i can't take this anymore. I'm a part of this friend group aren't i? 

"look Betty just come with me i will explain it" jughead says, he is worried. Why the hell out of everyone here is he talking to me. 

"explain what exactly?" i say, curiousness taking over.

"i knew this all along, i told you Reggie, she already knows about the bet" Evelyn says clearly annoyed, what damn bet?

"shut the fuck up Evelyn, i mean it" jughead snaps and grabs my arm. 

"what the hell are you guys hiding!?" i snap at all of them. My confusion and now anger mixing together, letting tears come to my eyes. But i won't let the fall out.

"Jughead did you split the money" Evelyn asked. "money?" i let out. "what money?" i whisper and look at Jughead, then Veronica but the both won't even look at me. 

"okey she clearly doesn't know" Reggie laughs and Evenyn scoffs. "well Jughead tell her, tell her about the bet." Reggie says and stares at Jughead. I already look Jughead in the eyes. 

"just promise me one thing before i tell you Betts" he let's out. "please don't leave me, hear me out till the end" he says. I stay silent, what can i even answer to that promise. If he doesn't give me a reason to leave, i won't but otherwise...

"okay so, after we met, and i didn't know you someone-" he exhales, air that he's been holding for long. "-someone got an idea to,"

"WHO got that idea" Evelyn pushes. 

"i, i did i got an idea to make a bet, and please hear me out now" he looks me in the eyes.

"i didn't know you, i didn't know that i'll fall in love with you" he says

"what was the bet about" i ask, with no emotions in my voice.

"it was about breaking your heart" i scoff. " listen i would get much money and my head just couldn't think right and a few days ago when i told you to leave uhm.."

"he filmed it" Evelyn smirks and grabs her phone out of her purse, she unlocks it and shows me the video, the camera was set behind a vase in Jughead's appartment. I watch myself, how i break down and tell him not to leave me, not to push me away. This is psychotic.

"look Betty i thought that keeping this a secret wouldn't be as bad as telling you-"

"so what! you woulnd't tell me at all and think that is okay! That this all is okay!?" i shout, everyone in pops was watching but i don't give a fuck. "i'm not one of your damn toys!" i shout in his face. "you aren't a toy, i thought maybe when i got enough money and we end school in 3 weeks we would get the hell out of riverdale."

"you guys knew" i look at everyone sitting there but Evelyn and Reggie. "Veronica you knew?" i ask and she looks at me with tears in her eyes "betty i-"

 "what is wrong with all of you" i whisper with disgust in my voice, "and you really though i would leave with you" i say to Jughead.

Jughead grabs my arm and wants to drag me out of the dinner but before i can pull my arm away, Jughead gets punshed in the face and i hear someone shout "that's enough!" i look back and see archie. "leave her the hell alone" he says when he see's Jughead stumble back. "What the hell" Jughead shouts trying to punch Archie in the face but he grabs his fist and pushes him away. he grabs my hand and leaves the dinner with me. "come on i will give you a ride home" he suggests.

"hell no, you knew! you knew about this too!" i say.

"i'm sorry Betty, i tried to talk to you once but reggie knew and that didn't end up good" he says and points to his eye, there is a dark circle i didn't even notice was there. "im sorry" i say soflty

"please don't be, this isn't your fault at all" he says and we walk into the car. how did Jughead use me like that, im such a dumb girl. How did i let them play me like i'm a toy. Before i can think more i hear someone bonk on the window, i look outside and see jughead. "archie please ride" i say when tears slip down my face. "please Betty let me explain" i hear Jughead shout from the other side of the car. he already explained enough. "go Archie" i say once again and we drove away letting Jughead's heart break, like he did to mine.
