Asher's POV
My dad said that I have a match at the gym and I have to be right home immediately. They said they won't tell me about my opponent until we get there but dad said that they are strong
I mean I have only lost one match but I doubt I am going to lose. Anyway
Once I get out of school, I hear straight to my challenger (that's a car) and drive home.

I arrived at home and unlock the door
"Hey son, come here" my dad yelled. I walked in to the bar and I see my dad leaning on the counter with a huge smile and a guy with his back turned to me
"Hey dad" I smiled. The unknown guy turned around... my uncle. My dads brother, "hey uncle, long time no see." I go up to him bro hugging him
"Hey nephew, ready for your match"
"Yeah, I just need to go shower. Then I will be ready to go" I say, they say Ok
I run upstair to my room, took my clothes off and hopped in the shower. I did what needed to do and hopped out.
Then I got dressed in my gym clothes and put on deodorant. I roughly snatch up my gym bag.

I walk down stairs and my uncle and dad are talking in hushed voices like they were whispering about something. I cleared my throat to get their attention. They look startled and ended their conversation.
"Go eat something quick" my dad said rubbing her wrist which he is only does if he is nervous or anxious about something.
I go to the kitchen and I see my mom.
"Hi sweetie, y'all heading to the gym?" She said smiling, fixing an sandwich.
"Yes ma'am, is what sandwich for me" I lick my lips.
