Chapter 3: Surprise guests

The next day Naota gets a phone call

"Hello"

"Hi naota its your cousin sai how ya been?"

"H-hi I've been great how about you?"

"I've been good hey listen we are coming down later today so be prepared!"

"Wait!? What!?"

The phone clicks off and naota jumps out of bed in a hurry and sloppily throws clothes on and begins cleaning the house.

Naota stresses on many things at once as he does he calls Haruki.

"Hi Haruki um, I need your help and I really hate to ask this and I'm really sorry if I'm bothering you but um I need help with the house and preparing dinner for my family coming over this evening."

A high pitch squeal emits from the phone causing Naota to move the phone from his ear briefly. Then returns it to his ear to hear her say "I will be there in a five seconds."

Haruki excitedly hangs up as Naota figures out what to fix.

While waiting on Haruki, Naota grabs his favorite pans for a meal he loves to fix Kitsune Udon. (Recipe will be linked and at bottom of chapter.)

He begins preparing all the needs for the meal as the doorbell rings.

"Come in! I'm in the kitchen." Haruki walks in smelling the air.

"Oh my god, that smells amazing!"

Naota smiles. "Thank you its one of my favorite meals; it's Kitsune Udon, its simple and can be made into big dishes for short notices."

"Wow I didn't know you were such the cook Naota." Haruki giggles watching him. "What is it you need me to do?"

Naota thinks while he is cooking. "Hmm could you please tidy the living room area for me" Haruki smiles in reply and heads to the living room straightening the pillows, sweeping the floors, etc.

After the dish is finished there is a doorbell ring and a knock at the door. Naota takes off his apron and goes and opens the door just after Haruki finishes.

Naota immediately gets tackle hugged by his cousin sai falling to the ground.

"I've missed you so much Naota" Sai rubs his check against Naota and notices a girl behind the staring at the and frowns sitting up on Naota.

"Who is she?" He says in a most disgruntled voice. Naota replies "that's my girlfriend, Haruki Uchigo."

Sai's frown deepens. "Girlfriend, but what about us Naota I thought you were my boyfriend and I was your little slave" Naota blushes wildly. "Shut up!"

Haruki looks at them blushing wildly "oh my god am I in the middle of an incest love triangle." She squeals from excitement and hugs them both joining in. "I won't give him up so easily you know."

Sai grins at this challenge. "It's on."

Naota facepalms thinking to himself -what have I got myself into-
