I stay silent until we get to the car. The other boys were waiting inside. Zach and I got stuck sitting in the back
Jonah: i guess the plan didn't work
I ignore them and look out the window
I had a few tears and I was still trying to control my breathing.
I felt someone put their hand on mine. I look at Zach
He pulls me closer to him
Zach:Calm down. It's okay. Nothing happened. You're okay.
For some reason, I found comfort in his words. My breathing leveled and I wiped my tears away.
Zach:feel better?
I nod my head yes
Then I lay head on his shoulder.
I fell asleep
