One thing I've noticed about Sanders Sides: no line is unimportant.

Now, we know there are at least 2 main groups of the Sides.

The main 4 (Logan, Patton, Roman, and Virgil), and The Others (Deceit, Remus, and formerly Virgil.)

One thing I've come to notice is that Roman and Remus are reffered to as brothers. Now, Romulous and Remus are the names of two brothers in a folklore. The folklore centers around them essentially creating Rome (The Roman Empire.)

You may be thinking, "oh, thats just a cool thing Thomas decided to include because he was given the opportunity."

No.

Thomas himself said that Virgil's name is based off the character from Dante's Inferno. In Dante's Inferno, Virgil guides Dante through the circles of hell.

The character Virgil from Dante's Inferno was actually based on a latin poet, also named Virgil. Virgil the poet wrote a seperate tale of two brothers creating Rome.

These two stories both center around The Roman Empire, which was one of the greatest empires in history.

Now on to the theory. So far, THREE sides have names relating to Rome, so its not a far stretch that Deceit would also be named after a Dante's Inferno character.

THEORY: Deceit's name is similar to the name Malacoda.

Malacoda is a character from Dante's Inferno known for purposefully giving the wrong directions to the main character.

The name Malacoda literally means "Evil Tail." He was the leader of the Malabrache, the demons that guard the 5th pouch of the 8th circle of hell.

Possible names: Malacoda, Matthew, Manuel, Malak, Malcom, Mateo, Maddox, Maverick, Markus and Dacoda.

My personal bet is on Malak or Matthew.

Let me know you're opinions, lets see if we can guess the name before its eventually revealed.
